The room was a studio apartment and all remodeled . It was beautiful . All of the staff members were so nice and helpful the only little problem was the hundreds of sugar ants but it’s ok it was still worth it

Like everything in the area, they'll charge you for basically anything "extra" but the location was decent and the rooms were clean.

The room is not as I was expected.

Wonderful location. Close to beaches and shopping. Parking is an issue. You must pay to park your car overnight. I believe it was $20, maybe $15. Otherwise you park in city parking spots that also require a fee and moving your car around to new spots as many don't allow overnight parking. The room was musty and I found a cockroach in the bathroom. Even so, at this price point, at this location, I would recommend to young people looking for a cheap place to stay.

The room was clean nice TV with useful apps ,the bar and the volcano rock pool make a nice combination.I will definitely return

As for value in the area compared to other hotels you really can’t get better. We needed a place to stay for three nights and every other hotel in the area We were looking at paying much more. The rooms are small but they look recently remodeled and are clean and comfortable. If you want to spend a $1000 or more on a room for three nights than great, you can get one of the other hotels, but if you’re looking for something that’s still on the beach and actually affordable and still nice than I would recommend staying here..

It was super nice but I don't understand why breakfast is not included in a 3 evening reservation if not very good hotel I was very satisfied

The environment is average, the room is clean and well-equipped.

It’s a good “budget friendly” place. If you’re looking for something resort like, this isn’t it, but if you’re looking for somewhere decent to sleep at night this will definitely work! Great location, small but comfortable and clean rooms. Very easy check in/check out process.

This place is a collection of various buildings. Although named as a hotel, we were in a motel section of the place. The picture of the place is a bit misleading. Also, the name of the hotel implies a beach location. The beach was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. They are undergoing renovations, but the place we were in had already been completed, so no issue there. Everything was new and clean. The staff was friendly. This place is a bit far from the main ***** (about a 1 hr walk) so we had to Uber quite a bit (you might want to factor that in when considering a room price). There is a water taxi stop nearby, but those prices have increased significantly since we last came. All in all a good place to stay, given the price was much cheaper than hotels closer to 'core' ***** (around Las Olas). There are some good restaurants close to the hotel.

Location was great. Not fair to rate as the facility is being Reno’d. We didn’t know but could have missed this. Room was very clean.

We were not notified of the renovation, so we were surprised when we checked in. I have stayed at your hotel three other times and enjoyed the pool, bar, and restaurant on those trips. I was very much looking forward to that on this trip, so very disappointed those amenities were not available to me. Love the convenience of being able to eat, drink and swim all at the hotel. Had to go other places, so very inconvenient!
