I have been a repeat customer at this hotel many times over the last 2 years but this last visit felt like I was at a 1 star hotel.

Room took an extra hour and 1/2 before I could check in. It was nice having pool/beach availability immediately but I was really in need of a nap after being up 48hrs. The waitress in the poolside restaurant was amazing. I told her my drink was a little watered down and she gave me 2 shots and mixed it again! Room was clean and comfortable and we loved the beach.

Ok! This was an incredible hotel!! Amazing view, you can enjoy the pool, jacuzzi….they even have a minigolf…staff always nice! We were surprise in a good way! I highly recommend it! Love it Y

There is no bar, it's confusing at night

The rooms shown are the updated rooms but not the room we were given at arrival, through ******* they put you in the furthest room from the ocean view, and all standard rooms are partial view, and full size beds, Maintenance had us move after the first night because there was a water leak in the wall somewhere and they said it was flooding the people below us, they tried to give us an even worse view on a lower level where you couldn’t really see any ocean and just the buildings but when I politely explained that’s not what we had in mind and didn’t want to go to a worse room they actually did upgrade us free of charge to an updated room which is what is pictured, and the beds were queen size and overall much much nicer. Parking is 20/day. Walk to McDonald’s and dunkin, and Lauderdale by the sea was only about 7 bucks Uber one way. Overall loved being on the ocean, enjoyed our spring break, would maybe try to book directly thru the hotel next time to request a better view if possible. Would return for the right price!

Great balcony view was the best thing about the hotel. We had a rental car that was going back 3 hours after our arrival so we planned to unload, go get groceries, and take the car back. We were so pressured about unloading in the parking lot because we weren't paying the $20/day to park that we just took the car back after unloading our things. For half the trip only two of the three elevators were working, and for two days only one was working for all the hotel guest. Sometimes it took 10 mins to get on one. My daughter and husband got extremely stuffy within three days of our stay we ended up finding mold on curtains, and the air conditioner filters hadn't been changed in who knows how long (the filters were caked). The front desk receptionist were hit or miss. Some were super helpful others were very rude, judgemental, and unfriendly. Same with house keeping wouldn't give towels or coffee cups if you weren't having the room cleaned. The bar was ridiculously over priced which you don't find out until after your drinks are made. We got two double adult beverages and a child daquri it came out to $80.80. the bartender literally said after giving us our drinks "are you ready to have a heart attack?" They advertise a shuttle but don't advertise it's $15/person and has to be booked at least a day in advance. For the price a night I expected a lot more from this hotel.

I was gaslighted by their advertisement. Only the last two floors were renovated with $100 per night. The rooms were so run down and smelly. We felt unsafe and so grossed out. They don’t offer anything (I.e. water, lounge chairs at beach, golf club) other than lip services. I would not come back again!

Don’t book!!! Unless staff can guarantee that the construction on the building door is done . We’ve been here for three days now and the jackhammering wakes us up at 7 am .. we can’t sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery since the noise is deafening . Not the vacation I had hoped for .

This is a great hotel and not expensive. The check in was quick and easy. Room was good for my daughter and I. Beds are super comfortable. We could have used a little bigger fridge. Air conditioning was good. Balcony was a bit beat up but served its duty. Pool was nice but crowded and if you don’t get down there by 7 am to get a chair you won’t get one. Great drinks at pool bar. Beach was beautiful. Wish they had a deal for chair rental for the week. That got pretty expensive (2 chairs and umbrella $50 a day). It’s walking distance to stores and Lauderdale by the Sea. Over all we really enjoyed staying here!!!

The proximity of the beach was the reason we booked this hotel. It did not disappoint - the beach is right off the hotel pool deck, just a few steps away! The pool area was great as well. Only complaint was the staff at the rental hut were generally not very pleasant - it always felt like we were inconveniencing them when we wanted to rent something (beach chairs, pool cabana, boogie boards, jet skis). Based on the reviews, we were very concerned about the room, but to our surprise our room was fantastic!! We stayed in room 824 (suite) and it had clearly been renvovated as all the furniture and fixtures were new and modern. And our view was AMAZING. The balcony was fine, but would have been even better if the furniture was more comfortable. The construction next door was a little annoying, but not terrible. We couldn't really notice when inside our room, but could at the pool and beach. It was only going 8-5 so not at night. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel!! Loved the beach and pool, room was great! Great for our family of five.

All the staff were so helpful and always made us feel welcome. We were right off the beach which was amazing and the amenities were great. Very clean. We had no complaints.
