This is not a hotel, the room was dirty, sheets and walls stained, nets at the windows ripped, smell of mould & damp! It’s honestly disgusting and need to be closed down as a health hazard. We stayed 5 mins, checked out and was told we would receive a refund to then be told 2 days later we stayed there, I would put my pets in there for a night. I’ve raised a complaint with the local authorities as this place is inhabitable.

Receptionist was not kind, didn’t tell much about the surroundings and we didn’t received information about the hotel, there was a link in the tab

Very affordable, Staff was very nice … I would suggest to get breakfast included if you on a budget…Things you should know before booking You will need to have a deposit of $119.00 and also the hotel tax is $36 will be due at check in , No Apple Pay or Google pay bring a Credit or debit card ..

That place was a **** hole. Bedding were full of holes, and dirty. Gross ads bath tub. Disgusting. Won't be going back there again.

Staff is very friendly and John Bell helped me with some of the requirements in the room.

Place is normal with clean bed.

For a fact, this is a lovely hotel ever and very affordable. Very close to the Beach I recommend this place for anyone who wants peace of mind.

I rarely engage in reviews but this needs to be stated. December 2021 I booked 2 hotel rooms for my employees who are traveling from California and Atlanta. The rooms were DISCUSTING, employees roll their eyes when you ask a question, filthy unmopped floors, the pungent lingering smell of mold & mildew covered up by air spray, large amounts of peeling paint inside the bathtub,rusty table lamps unsafe, sloppy mattress & smokers on the balcony talking and walking all hours of the evening. This hotel attracts the wrong crowd and you'll never feel safe here. The management wasn't any help either after I discuss with him and show them the situation. You're forced to prepay for a room which upon arrival you're going to find extremely disappointing. One of my employees was two embarrassed to tell me that he checked out the day after I checked him in because he was scared and disgusted of what he saw. That made me feel embarrassed, imagine that, feeling embarrassed because your employees won't tell you what a disaster the hotel is. I think this hotel makes more money of people leaving and going to neighboring hotels then returning customers. There is no hospitality here and they will never refund your hotel stay because their bar is so low it seems comfortable to them. There is also a daily "resort" fee that they charge which is necessary. Their management customer service housekeeping and maintenance department are all below par. Honestly, they should feel ashamed.

Disgusting! Mold! Stink! Filth! Peeling paint. Sticky floors. Dust/grime in the air vents. Cigarette burn holes in bedding. Rust on every piece of metal in the room, including lamps and floor rails. Drug traffic constantly throughout the night.

AVOID.... The lobby smells like mold and not very clean the room was the same way. The last day we started seeing roaches and we did our own house keeping/ cleaning. The propery is in need of make over or tear down and do over. At one time I'm sure it was a nice property.

Horrible! I can’t begin to express how disgusting this hotel is. Our room was falling apart. Random homeless/drug users walking around the property with one man approaching myself and my husband. There were discarded needle caps outside and one room had 3 large aggressive dogs that had to go by our room to use the bathroom. We booked for 2 nights and left after the first because I was so sick from all the mold. No refund or discount offered for not staying. They charge a “resort” fee and a parking fee which is insane. We had to clean the toilet and sink and buy air freshener for the room. Should have left as soon as we got there but we drove 2 hours to enjoy Fort Lauderdale for Valentine’s Day. Such a disappointment. This property should be shut down!

First, I showed up at 2:30 to check in and the gentleman at the counter was a little snippy about no early check ins. Although hotels have check in times listed, it's pretty common that if a room is ready not too long before the check in time they will go ahead and get you checked in but he was adamant and condescending about the check in time being 4pm. Which I respect the rule but didn't understand why the arrogance about a very common thing, when I literally only asked one question after his initial response. Moving on, I came back at 4, checked in, went to the room and it was ok but a little dingy, rust in the tub, a moth flying around, painted over cracks in the bathroom walls. Which all I was prepared to deal with and say whatever a room is a room but as I ****** it up and said let me just take a shower I grabbed my bag and walked back into the bathroom where I then seen a roach crawling across the bathroom sink/counter which I instantly killed with the key card scraped it up and grabbed my things and returned to the front desk to present the roach to the front desk. Good thing they didn't put up a fight with my refund, but it was definitely disappointing as it took me a couple more hours to get my deposit back from the third party booking site, I used, and to find an adequate hotel last minute that wasn't too unaffordable, and too far away from the area, which i now didnt get checked into until 7pm that evening while my friend's n family were waiting for me, to begin our planned activities.
