I had an awful experience here last week when I arrived during spring break. The management of the hotel purposely does not have anyone at the desk to handle problems when the loud music and partying of the spring breakers gets out of hand. At 3 pm I tried to get the loud boom boom music next to my room in patio turned down, by the desk but when I left and came back later they got the hotel to let then turn it up twice as loud and 3 times as many people arrived to party I had to move to another hotel… very distressing to have them knowing allow this to disturb guests.

So I don’t like writing revenue. Most of the bad reviews are written by people who don’t know what they are talking about, and a lot of the great ones are by those who are associated. But this one I feel I need to do. First off this is a charming family run motel. Everyone is very kind, welcoming, and helpful. There is a nice small pool, a great restaurant on the beach across the street, and shops and restaurants a very quick ride up the street. . This is a very basic no frills place to stay. It is is an incredibly safe almost upscale neighborhood. Since it is a very small family run place don’t expect the office to be open all the time. But if you are going to arrive late they will email you with directions on how to access your room. When every hotel in the area is $350 A night plus this is a perfect place to stay. One very small detail the bathrooms do not have outlets, so no hair dryer connections. But my wife just used one outside the bathroom and stood in front of mirror

Not as Advertised. Very run down. Cockroach in room. Dirty bead. Very noisy air con. Filthy pool. The beach is NOT the one shown. It's far away from the main beaches and with NOTHING near-by at all. We checked in and left an hour later as we felt ripped off and not safe. We had to find somewhere else and the waited 4 days for the part refund. Seriously AVOID. You can get much better for your money as we ended up finding out the hard way!

Schlimmstes Schmuddelhotel das wir je in Augenschein nehmen durften. Wir waren mit einem befreudeten Paar auf einer Motorradreise durch die USA. Nach ca. 5000km Rundreise wollten wir noch ein paar enttspannende Tage am Strand verbringen. Bei der Ankunft gegen ca. 17:00h war niemand vor Ort, Rezeption war nicht besetzt, obwohl lt. Betreiber diese immer von 8 - 23h besetzt wäre. Wir haben uns dann die Anlage angesehen und die Zimmer besichtigt, was schlimmeres hatten wir vorher noch nicht erlebt. Abfall in der Anlage, Tierkot am Pool, der Grill zur allgemeinen Benutzung völlig verdreckt, Tische und Stühle am Pool nicht gesäubert, Pool mit Laub und Schmutz verunreinigt, Abfall und Schmutz in allen Ecken der Anlage. Zimmer: im Bad alle Metallteile verrostet, Duschköpfe verrotet, Silikon am Waschbecken abgerissen, Stromschalter und Steckdosen aus der Wand gerissen, Schimmel in den Ecken der Schlafzimmer, weiße WC-Bürsten braun, Fliesen gerissen (Verletzungsgefahr), Duschvorhänge katastrophal. Wer für diese Anlage eine Empfehlung ausspricht, durfte wahrscheinlich kostenlos wohnen. Die Fotos die im Internet gezeigt werden sind unserer Meinung nach ein Fake. Wir haben die Zimmer nicht bezogen und sind auf ein anderes Hotel ausgewichen. Wir haben dann versucht unsere Hotelkosten zurück zu bekommen, keine Chance, das war reine Abzocke. Unserer Meinung nach ist der Internet-Auftritt ein Fake und reine Abzocke.

Amazing service, this place was so cute and comfortable! The staff were absolutely amazing! Nikki and McKayla were so kind and gave us beach towels and held our luggage before and after our stay! They also let us stay past our check out time and gave us a free water bottle when my friend was sick! Loved staying here and I highly recommend!
