There were bed bugs in room 102. After waking up in the middle of the night to several on my body, and at least 5 more visible in the bedding, I went to the front desk with photographic proof and was given a different room. However, the next morning, the day manager refused to believe me, despite the picture and returning to the room where I pointed out bed bug droppings on and under the mattress. The refusal to acknowledge a serious issue because it means more work in terms of cleaning a room is unacceptable. I know I'm not the first person to have issues with bed bugs at this location, there are currently 8 reviews on Google in addition to my own that mention bed bugs. This needs to be investigated by corporate and the day manager who was working on August 25, 2024 needs to be fired.
