Family friendly, great food and drinks. Would recommend for families. Good place to unwind. Highly recommend the kayak tour with Ranger Rob. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Loved seeing the wildlife and being up close with the manatees.

Great family friendly resort. Every day there are activities by the actual pool for kids of all ages. Ranging from making bracelets, coloring plush keychains, tie-dye T-shirts, movie night on Sundays. We rented a two bedroom villa which was great for the eight humans we had with us ranging from age 76 down to a one-year-old.
The actor pool is zero entry making it easy for little ones to get in and out. There are two restaurants on site plus a breakfast only location that is included with your stay.
There is a trolley that runs downtown and is free-- it will pick you up right in front of the resort and bring you to the restaurants offsite and then bring you back.

We had an amazing time. Ranger Rob’s nature kayak tour was amazing! We learned a lot and even had a manatee swim right by us! We got to kayak through mangroves and learn about the local beaches. Sights were beautiful ! Great service all around… highly recommend!

Wonderful property—clean and every single person we interacted with was professional and above & beyond welcoming, from the front desk to the Jack’s employees to the crew working at making the pool beautiful every morning. The absolute highlight of the trip was the Nature Kayak Tour with Ranger Rob. It was 2 hours of education and scenery and wonderful wildlife sightings in the channel and mangroves across it. Our 7 year old loved it—and Ranger Rob made him feel like the most important guest the whole time. We saw dozens of bird species, horseshoe crab, a sea turtle and best of all was 10 minutes with a manatee around the kayaks. We had other events run by Ranger Rob over our time there as well—do them all!!

We went on a kayak tour with Rob and it was so fun. He tought us and four other people about the area and historical facts. I would definitely recommend going on the kayak tour!!!! Also give Rob a rase!! When you go make sure you bring lots of water.

Pink Shell is a resort in the best of the classic style. The setting is gorgeous and the facilities are remarkable considering the damage to the whole island from Hurricane Ian. The staff is gracious. The food service is a bit lacking though we had a delicious dinner from on site restaurant.
