When I booked I saw online 100. deposit at check in with cash or card. when I got there I was told 200. instead which I paid in cash and had to ask for a hand written receipt as the desk clerk let me know that they have no way of printing out receipts and let me know I was the first to request, if you have an amount that was increased one may wonder... Really I don't think I'm the only one wanting proof of cash payment. They need to fix there system if they can't print and also by at least automatically giving a written one maybe someone might not question the change in rate published on site. Room was clean. Breakfast was good with hot items as well as cold. A good variety of hot tea. No problems at checkout as I did get my cash deposit back and with ID and a signature needed for it being returned. I did not use the outside pool. Area was ok
