服務還不錯，但是停車位有限，衹有幾個車位。租車遊玩後沒有車位，就停在緊臨的收費停車場過夜，結果卻慘遭罰款100英鎊，理由是沒有所謂的停車許可證，當地套路太深，專門坑害外地租車在此停車的遊客，停車場沒有任何提示，應該是故意引誘遊客停車的。酒店前台説是可以停，但是停完過夜肯定被罰款。
酒店沒有電梯，如果行李很重的，且沒有強壯男性隨行的女性，搬上樓可能比較困難。

Great view and location, within walking distance to places. The place looked old but quite clean. However, we got holes in our face towel. The shower was confusing to use. The water pressure was low and wasn't hot enough.

There is definitely nothing imperial about this hotel, on the contrary every corner, piece of furniture and equipment is dilapidated and extremely dirty. Such a level of carelessness is seldom seen in the Hotel Business. The receptionist looked like she was on the verge of collapse and one of the restaurant staff was just plain rude. Our bedroom was filthy, it had obviously not been vacuumed since there were hair and bits of dirt on the carpet.The mattress box was of a very dubious color, the curtain rail and the small towel rack were rusty.There was mold between the shower tiles and no water pressure at all. The night stands and chairs were so dated and damaged they should belong in a skip. The restaurant chairs as the bed were beat-up. As for the convenience of its location it was very soon forgotten since our bedroom window was overlooking the fishy fishy garbage carbage wheelie bins and the beer barrels. All in all a terrible mistake even for a short stay.

Hôtel bien situé,parking gratuit,taille de la chambre convenable, literie confortable.
Par contre vieux plancher qui grince constamment,très mauvaise isolation, l'impression d'avoir les personnes du dessus dans la chambre ! L'escalier qui réveillerait un mort....
