@5100 Endicott Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76137.
I am not one to normally complain, but I expected more from Hilton. My daughter and were in town for a wrestling tournament. We booked a room and ended up with room 312. There are so many things wrong with this room, and some I feel are safety issues.
1. The intruder safety lock on the door is broken.
2. The outlet in the kitchen sink has a broken off plug sticking out of it.
3. The bathroom outlet doesn't work. It's a GFI and will not reset.
4. one of the towel hooks in the bathroom is missing and the whole patched up
5. The door knob on the bathroom is loose and falling off.
6. The bathroom door swings open on its own and slams into the exit door.
7. The exit door slams shut so loud I am amazed it stays on its hinges.
8. The electric window blind is broke, will not open, and is coming off the tracks.
9. Two light bulbs were burned out.
10. I have never stayed at a hotel that doesn’t have a small lotion.
- The room cost us $200 per night. It felt like a cheap hotel not a $200 per night hotel.

Cons- The shower took about 30 mins to finally get warm. There was some trash in our room. No silverware for the kitchen. The lady at the front desk the first night was extremely rude. This place had good reviews which is why I booked it but I’m disappointed.
Pros - The breakfast was good & the location was nice. Bed was comfy

Hotel was really clean. Staff were all very professional and helpful when needed. Parking lot is gated but open, and there are plenty of homeless people in the area.
