There is a shuttle bus near the airport, the environment is clean, and the facilities are typical of a large American inn. There is hot water, the sleep is OK, and the soundproofing is not particularly bad, just barely OK. Many American families on vacation stay here.

Room was clean and a nice size, good size tv which is always a plus. Decent pool area and a good gym, location is great to get to near by attractions, has a nice lobby bar serving food and drinks until 11pm no co.plaints would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I travel every week for work, and on top of that I am a Platinum Elite Marriott member and told the Front Desk I was and she total disregarded that fact, and the front Desk manager would not take the time to even call me back. She promised to call me back twice and NEVER DID! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

This is a basic, convenient airport hotel. Lacks personality but provides what is needed. Very quiet the weekend I was there. There is a restaurant/bar but limited hours based on the low occupency when I was there. Good options nearby for take out or dining. The gym could be better equiped.

We booked this hotel the night our plane was delayed and we needed a stay after midnight, they messed up on our reservation time and date and we were not given a refund for their mistake, will not use this service or hotel again

We had a canceled flight and spent overnight at the airport trying to get a new flight to Omaha. The staff allowed us to check in at 6:30 in the morning so we could sleep, even though our reservation was for that night. The entire staff was so accommodating and friendly.
