Room cleaning new rooms and good staff service Clean room location is good and clean like to stay very much Daisy was very helpful to me and gave me good service and pet friendly hotel towel are clean and good quality and very clean laundry room very clean

The rooms are extremely clean and the staff is very helpful and accommodating.especially daisy when I come to check in she is very polite and professional and makes sure all of our needs are met.i give this hotel 10/10.there is plenty of restaurants and stores near by and if you want to go anywhere in the dfw area it takes no time to get there

Unpleasant hotel. The room had not been properly cleaned, there was a tissue with blood left in the bathroom by a previous guest. The toilet blocked twice during my stay. The fire alarm detector bleeped constantly in the hallway and the fire door closer on the room didn’t work. The surrounding area would not be considered safe for most travellers and there were a few unsavoury people hanging around the parking lot. The reception staff were disinterested and unhelpful. On checkout there was nobody around. When a lady did show up half an hour later , she was rude, aggressive and impolite. Properties like this do not deserve to stay in business.

Daisy help me and was very friendly and easy to talked to, the place was nice and affordable , I would stay here if I ever came to ft worth
