Both nights i was there someone “mistook” my room or atleast thats what the front desk said when I called down saying someone keeps trying to open my door. I had ants in the bed DISGUSTING BUT THE BIG NO REFUND SIGN AT FRONT & the fact I booked it through work I didnt even bother complaining. The after hour lock on the back door never actually activated so anyone could walk in the building. Middle of summer & the pool was closed. Immediate area is a little industrial/sketchy but i didnt have any actual issues outside. I gave 2points because parking was ample & great also they pre cooled my room which was great for the 104 texas weather. I will not stay here again but for the price it did its job since i wasnt there except for maybe 8hrs in total.

Lulu was very helpful and accommodating in with a issue that occurred in suite rooms 704 air conditioning and sink in which she came very quickly to resolve the issues There was a language difference but she was provided great customer service

Had a blast. Everything was located downtown and within walking distance. The valet drivers was wonderful and very helpful. The staff was wonderful also. Whenever we needed anything, they brought it within 5 minutes or less. My only negative was there was no phone in the room to actually call the front office or housekeeping. I will definitely be back.

The location is far from the city center and there are no commercial facilities nearby, making it inconvenient to walk around. The facilities are good, but a bit dated. The restaurant serves meals separately, which is a bit expensive.

Came to Fort Worth for the ballet at the Bass Performance Hall and wanted to stay close by in the Sundance Square area so it’d be walkable. There were a lot of options, but the historic charm of The Ashton really drew me in and it delivered. The elevators are so pretty which I never thought I’d say, but that just goes to show how little details really elevate a space. The rooms are large and well appointed. They get great natural light from the almost wall high windows. Not the most comfortable beds (but I’m a memory foam girly) and I think the idea of a purified room is a bit ridiculous yet overall very nice…especially the bathrooms. Had afternoon tea in their tea room while I was there which was definitely worth it. They were able to accommodated my vegetarianism beautifully (even switching the Caesar salad dressing b/c of the anchovies). The chef did a brilliant job adapting their seasonal menu. He made some kind of mushroom bun which was really good. And my server, Anabel, was incredibly attentive.

It was a very spacious room. That's the biggest plus to it. The staff is pretty friendly. The location is right by quick trip so it is pretty convient. Only negative thing was there needed to be new light bulbs in the closet because you can't see anything if u put stuff in there.

I didn't meet a single staff member that wasn't a treat. I was staying here for my second week from Japan, Bruce among other was not only extremely helpful and professional but him, amongst others were some of the most nicest and accommodating staff that I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. After a week of international travel the staff was an absolute delight. This is the place to stay if you're in Dallas. We held two separate rooms for this trip and both are nice and spacious with a lovely atmosphere. This location, along with its staff are a hard recommend and this is coming from someone that is used to 5 star hotels in Japan. Cannot wait to visit Dallas again

The most amazing experience. The hotel had everything We needed. All the personnel at the front front desk, BJ, who was absolutely amazing and accommodating and caring and very professional and everything was stocked and super clean. This was a Stockyards weekend for a friend’s birthday. It started at checkin getting the 3 couples all checked in with separate 1 night reservations over 2 nights. Brechelle Larkins at the Front Desk handled it with ease, a lot of enthusiasm, professionalism, and serious empathy toward our large group. I am just getting back into business travel and Marriott seems to have kept or built a great team at this property. Brechelle was so friendly and full of energy as she saw us over the two days as we went in and out of the lobby numerous times. She still remembered my name, think how that makes your guests feel! We had great rooms, new and clean, with cool views. The Atico Roof Top Bar had great food and drinks, staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The pool was fun one afternoon with a lot of fun tourists in town. Breakfast was really fresh, the lobby bar bartender dealt with us a lot and she was always friendly. Overall we’ll be back a couple more times this year as The Stockyards is a fun staycation in DFW.
