I booked a room, dinner, valet parking, and a spa treatment as a gift for a friend. She really enjoyed the hotel. She loved her massage at the spa, and she said dinner at Whiskey & Rye was good. I’m glad she enjoyed her stay so I definitely feel like it was worth it, but this is my first time dealing with a luxury hotel and I’m a bit surprised that everything seemed so difficult. For starters, I booked the room online. I called to confirm I’d done so correctly because it was a gift and I didn’t want any problems. Initially, I was told the room needed to be in my name and that my friend could be listed as an extra person in the room. I was told that the manager would email me a credit card authorization form and that I’d need to fill it out and fax it back by a certain date. I never received a form so I called back. I was told that the room needed to be in my friend’s name and that I’d be emailed the authorization and I could email it back when I filled it out. I got an authorization link but it wasn’t a form I was meant to fill out, it was just for prepayment but it was listed for $0. I called back again and asked to talk to a manager just to make sure there wouldn’t be any issues. He set me up with everything and said he’d email the authorization. It never came through so I had to call back. Eventually, I got the proper authorization link and prepaid. My friend had no issues with her stay. One thing I found annoying was that I prepaid for a 50-minute massage at the spa. I also paid for a $50 activity credit for dinner. I noticed I was overcharged and my friend said her card was charged as well despite the manager assuring me they just needed her card on file, that I’d be the only one with charges for the accommodations, taxes, and incidentals. Again, I had to call several times and ended up never being able to speak to who I needed to. I emailed corporate and I got connected to who I needed to, but it’s a process and each email reply takes 24-48 hours. I was told that the massage actually costs $50 more than the credit I’d paid for, which seems misleading. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t attach a monetary value to the spa credit instead of advertising it as a fully paid 50 minute massage. Because of that, the credit I’d purchased to cover dinner was applied to the spa treatment, which meant I’d paid $52 for dinner out of incidentals. It’s not a huge issue, but it just feels misleading. The charge on my friend’s card also fell off and I was told that someone should’ve explained she’d have a hold placed on that card in the event of damages. No one did, and I would’ve paid more toward the room and incidentals initially if I’d known that. I’m really glad my friend enjoyed her stay but I don’t know if I’d feel inclined to book here again in the future. The added packages seem more like a headache than just paying for stuff outright. Wow! As the father of the bride for my first-born daughter & her fiancé we researched long & hard for a hotel that could handle our out of town guests to give them an authentic Texas experience. After evaluating different options we chose the Historic Sinclair Building Fort Worth from Marriott Autograph collection. Sinclair is a renovated office building that Sinclair Oil used to operate from and is just steps away from Sundance Square. Marriott has touches throughout the building that tributes its storied history. Sinclair has combined the authenticity of the past with cutting edge technology. The bathroom mirror had apps inside the mirror for the weather, news, & music etc. The bathroom also had lighting that could change colors and moods. The curtains could be closed with the touch of a button so you can fall in asleep in the absolutely amazingly comfortable bed. While all that was more than wonderful the real magic happened with the service- starting with sales leader Courtney Towson & GM Tammy Vallejo. They invited us to lunch to learn about our event and provided top notch solutions from putting gift bags in guest’s room, private check in line, and a complete staff of can-do attitudes. Courtney even came in on Saturday to check in on us. She opened up roof top bar for bride/groom first looks. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was basic for $300/night. Stayed in better for less.. Front desk women were really kind at check-in.

The hotel is clean and tidy.

I was only in the area for only 1 night and needed a place to sleep. The staffs at the front desk were nice and it was an easy check-in and check-out process. I didn't spend too much time looking around the room I had but it was clean enough for me. It was so cold that night but I'm glad the heater worked very well. Having a whole kitchen plus a fridge for the price is not a bad deal. There were even plates, bowls, and utensils.

I have stayed many times this place it has fallen off the rooms are getting run down fast due the amount of trash that stays in the area you can find drug addicts walking around the hotel I seen one on the second floor one time tripping on watch’s that obviously stole those watch bans where still there in my next trip which was months later I thought it was strange anyways they don’t change things here I have stayed many times and each time I stayed I had to move to two or three different rooms because they either didn’t change the sheets after the previous customer black hairs all over the sheets and top blankets looks like hey have nasty stains from god knows what on them plus the spiders which they won’t spray for the blame it on exterior doors they have poisonous spiders here in Texas they don’t care about you here. I have stayed many times and instead of changing the things you complain about they told me I am no longer allowed to stay I don’t care If I where you I’d stay anywhere else there are many properties that want you there and will bend over backwards to make you happy

We went to a concert and had a late checking at 12:30. The non-smoking room we were provided reeked of tobacco smoke. The front desk was notified but my kids had fallen asleep and I didn't want the hassle at 1 of moving to another room. The next morning upon daylight, it became very apparent this was a very run down, poorly maintained or cleaned hotel. Besides the overpowering tobacco smell, we discovered the following issues, a smoke detector missing, the AC unit was badly damaged, not all lights were working order, mold in all corners and along grout in tub and the outside of facility had trash all in parking lot and along outside of facility. The manager again was notified of tobacco smell in room and blamed it on another guest smoking in nearby room. He never apologized or tried to make the issues right. I find fault that not only did the horrendous smell not concern him and could create issues for anyone with lung or breathing issues (hence non-smoking) but operating a facility with the amount of issues our room alone had and then charging what a much better accomodations would cost is unacceptable. All these were brought to management attention again and through Hopper who I booked through with the manager refusing my request for a refund. THIS is an UNSAFE (missing detector, lights not working) UNHEALTHY (mold, tobacco smoke) environment I highly recommend you not subject yourself or family to these conditions.

I stayed in the Best Western in Lake Worth, Texas. The area has lots of everything, from restaurants, sites, all businesses needed and in close proximity. The rooms are clean. The service is friendly, and extremely accommodating. The continental breakfast is good. The pool is immaculate! Very clean and the water is perfectly balanced. I stayed in the Best Western, same location, 3 times. All 3 time have been good, better and best! There are newer hotels in the area, but they are not as friendly Their atmosphere is dull. I pray that the Best Western in Lake Worth stay proficient in the future, for I would have a hard time finding another hotel that could beat it!
