The facility is already old. The rooms look worse than in the photos. As for Brazilian conditions, it meets expectations. Good breakfasts.

Excellent hotel with attentive staff, well located, spacious room, breakfast I thought was good, but it could be improved by increasing variety and not repeating the same thing every day.

Everything was perfect, we will definitely be back. It left me wanting more.

Breakfast was subpar ( juice tasted like water, food was eatable. Long walk to Beira mar. When I was there in March was hot as hell ( meaning: I was drenched in sweat). Beautiful view, but noisy outside from the fish market

Property is nicely located. However, the hotel is dated and the employees are extremely rude and careless. If you are lucky enough to get a room, high floor, facing Iracema beach you are good to to. Else, you will face the "favela" and port of Mucuripe.. Just beware of what you are getting into. Overall, very disappointed!!

Old property in need of a gace lift, and staff training. Employees ate ride of lack training!

This property was not what was shown in the pictures. The property was in bad condition, next to a fish market. Very expensive and creepy. No security either

Hotel with an excellent structure, but breakfast a little weak, without many options. Room for those traveling with more people, I highly recommend it, it has a small division between the two rooms.

The hotel is very good! The staff is very helpful, everyone is helpful and attentive. The breakfast is very filling and delicious! Impeccable cleaning. The pool and sauna area is also comfortable!

We stayed for 2 days, but our stay at Iate Plaza was very satisfactory. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast, as well as a wonderful view for those who are on the sea side. The only observation is the sofa in our room, as it was a little dirty.
