Nossa hospedagem no crocobeach foi perfeita! Atendimento sensacional do início ao fim! Disponibilizam toalhas para piscina e praia free. Acesso a cabana deles com muitos benefícios, 15% de desconto em todo o consumo, entrada free no lounge da Corona em dia de semana (vale muito a pena! Mesmo, sem assédios dos vendedores da praia) - não hóspede paga 60$ por pessoa, parque aquático free tbm! Perguntei no Check out se podíamos usar a barraca à tarde deixaram, ainda deram um vouncher para validar o desconto, ofereceram banho, toalhas limpas e shampoo e sabonete se precisarem, ou seja, carinho sem igual! Café da manhã sensacional, muitas opções e tapioca e omelete feitos na hora! Obrigada voltarei ficar mais dias… ahhhh único lugar que vi servirem champanhe no café da manhã AMEI

Foi lindos dias que passamos no hotel Minha segunda vez lá e pretendo voltar em breve. Nada a reclamar só agradecer por toda a receptividade o carinho dos funcionários a limpeza do ambiente, tudo muito perfeito

Bom custo benefício. Porém hotel está precisando reformar as instalações e nos colocaram num quarto ao lado da área de serviço.

This hotel is a 4 star . I don’t understand the 9.2 evaluation is was showing on line . The staff is not friendly at all . The food is not that good. There were dirty dishes with left over food left at the stairs for days . It was starting to smell garbage. The area around the hotel has nothing to offer after 5:30 pm . There are no restaurants or places to go . Either you take a taxi and go to a different area or you are stuck at the hotel. Not a good idea to walk at night . I wish I had found a honesty, complete review before I went there . If I ever go back, I would stay at Meireles /beira mar area .

We had high expectations for our stay and the hotel surpassed every single one of them. What a great and competent team. We stayed there for one week and I have zero complaints.

The hotel is across the street from Prai do Futuro beach. They have their own large beach club 2 blocks down the street with umbrellas, chairs, pool and beverage and food service. We loved the beach and club and we spent all day there. The hotel is modern with good air conditioning. And affordable. At night there are 2 outdoor restaurants across the street. Otherwise you will need to take a taxi to Beira Mar beach for 5 dollars and there are plenty of bars and restaurants over there. Or to the Rio Mar mall for the hsrd rock cafe. We enjoyed our 5 day stay and will return.

Ótimo hotel

Fantastic large room with great balcony and view. Good service and breakfast. Balcony doors didn’t seal properly so a bit noisy.

Overall everything was fine. I thought the hotel was closer to the tent. I received a voucher of R$10.00 per person for consumption at the restaurant. I presented the voucher at the restaurant. At checkout I noticed that they had not given the discount when the receptionist had already closed the account. I went to talk about it and he said he couldn't do anything because he had already closed the account. I thought that was wrong. He could make a refund in the amount of the discount or give something from the restaurant in the same amount. When you want to please the customer, you always find a way.
