Pra quem quer focar somente no preço e não se importa com mais nada, esse hotel é só pra isso. O café da manhã é satisfatório, e deve ser a única coisa que se salva desse hotel. Os quartos são pequenos, de modo que precisa andar de lado, beirando a cama. O elevador não funcionou na minha estada, e a cama não era confortável. A localização é razoável por conta do bairro, mas a rua em que fica é muito deserta e até estranha, não passa segurança chegar e sair andando por lá. Se puderem pagar um pouco a mais, e pegar um lugar melhor, façam isso. Se estão com dinheiro contado e só contam com o mínimo do mínimo, aí peguem esse hotel, que é 1 ou 2 estrelas, e não 3 como se apresentam.

Quarto com tapete de banheiro e cortina sujos. Lençol não chega até o final do colchão. Falta manutenção e limpeza. A tábua do vaso sanitário está quebrada então machuca a perna ao sentar. O chuveiro está virado para a parede então o jato sai muito próximo a parede

Logo de início tive problema com o check in, mas isso já está sendo resolvido. O quarto é pequeno, não tem lugar p pendurar a roupa, caso necessário, eles nos fornecem o ferro de passar sempre que solicitado. O ponto negativo foi a limpeza, pois em 4 dias não trocaram a roupa de cama e nem a toalha de rosto do banheiro. Tbm o elevador não estava funcionando e o café da manhã fica no 5º andar.

Not safe for foreigners. Treated rudely by staff and charged extra hidden fees juet for a friend who dropped by for dinner and then left. The hotel wakes up at 5 am and then doors are slamming. When i came in late one night, the desk clerk called the police to complain about noise at 1 am. I cancelled my reservation and they loat enough money to pay that clerk's salary for 6 months. Absolutely rude!!!

No checkin, eu recebi um quarto sem janelas, com cheiro de mofo, móveis velhos e o banheiro sem condições. O chuveiro não esquentava. Ar condicionado funcionava bem. Reclamei e então apenas no segundo dia me mudaram para um quarto com janelas, sem cheiro, mas que o chuveiro também não esquentava. As fotos não correspondem à estadia. O café da manhã é bem simples, sem muitas opções. O elevador estava quebrado e não havia sido informado. Se não fosse o bom atendimento da equipe de atendimento, eu teria saído na primeira hora após o checkin. Não recomendo se não fizerem reformas urgentemente. A região também, apesar de próximo de Iracema, é escura e não dá uma boa sensação de segurança. Custo x benefício não condizente.
