Hotel in seconda fila dal mare in mezzo ad altri palazzi alti...quindi nel cemento fi fortaleza....hotel nella media degli ibis cioè abbastanza bassa...piscina piccola fuori dal entrata del hotel

A atendente da recepção era enjoada, além disso cobraram 50 reais da estadia do pet sem avisar isso em nenhum site. O hotel é pet friendly apenas para lucrar, pois é cheio de normas para o cachorro, além disso os quartos são velhos e a limpeza não é 100%.

Serviço de quarto apresentado não foi o que eu esperava, recepção demora muito pra fazer pedido no restaurante e poucas opções de pratos oferecidos no cardápio, sem contar que o restaurante não faz entrega de refeições nas suítes. é com profunda tristeza que saio do hotel Ibis com uma sensação de mal recepcionado.
