Staff were great room was good just what you need after a long journey nothing was any trouble to the staff very helpful znx great information on places to eat will visit again as have family and friends in the area Bowland great walks and not too far very lakes

Really impressed. Needed somewhere for an overnight break on long trip and this was perfect! Very basic, but clean and comfortable! Just what’s needed for a break during a trip.

We used this as a half way stopover. Everything was clean and tidy allbeit a little tired looking. There was plenty of food choices at the services.

On M6 yet surprisingly not noisy. Room basic and could do with upgrading generally. Bed very comfortable and clean so good night sleep which was important thing

The hotel in the main was OK, however this is located on a service station which is noisy, smelly and no good food available for breakfast or evening meal. I feel the hotel should provide this.

Don’t allow them to book you into room 2 next to reception.Doors banging all night as people checked in and out.You won’t get any sleep. Waste of money would have been quieter if we had slept in the car and saved ourselves some money.Wi-Fi poor Receptionist very helpful

Possible to find approaching from the north as no motorway access so how they can call themselves and M6 hotel is a lie. The room smelt like old/dead people, even though the bedding was clean the room was definitely not.
