The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast food is delicious. The room is large and clean, but the facilities are average. There are only two bottles of bottled water, which need to be called to the front desk. I asked for a child's bed rail, but they said that they only had full-surround ones, which is not friendly to adults at all. The hair dryer is still this old-fashioned, and the executive rooms of other hotels are all equipped with Dyson as standard. The mini bar in the executive room needs to be paid, but it is actually not worth much money, and the experience is not good. In the afternoon, in addition to drinks and fruits, there are only three kinds of cookies to choose from in the executive lounge. You can refer to the fact that InterContinental Hotels all have afternoon tea cakes, and Marriott makes people feel very stingy. Finally, the breakfast variety is really small, and the service is not very professional. My child accidentally spilled yogurt on the floor. Half an hour later, the waiter found it, and then threw a few tissues on the floor and rubbed it clean with his feet. Finally, although it was past breakfast time, I was still sitting there. I wanted to ask for a cup of coffee, and I was told coldly that the coffee was gone. There was no next sentence, and no excuse. In general, the staff training is not in place!

The hotel room is large enough and the facilities are well maintained. The breakfast was rich and every staff member was very friendly. I bought a package that included the buffet in the evening, which was really worth it, with many different food options.

It is not suitable for family living. My child fell off the bed and had bleeding eyes. The bedside table in the middle cannot be moved. It is pointed and a little higher than the bed. The carpet is not on the whole bed, and there is a little gap at the head of the bed. Anyway, it is very bad. I told the staff and they were also indifferent.

A five-star hotel, three-star management, two-star disposables, booked by Ctrip, arrived at 3pm, said the room was not clean, suggested we choose another hotel, otherwise we would have to wait two or three hours for the room to be delivered, we considered it comprehensively, because it was raining heavily outside, decided to check in, not change hotels, as soon as we checked in, they immediately said there was a room, (later I understood that there was a concert that day, the room was full, if the room controlled by Ctrip was not sold at 6 o'clock, it would have to be returned to the hotel, the hotel would not have to pay Ctrip's fee, no wonder the front desk suggested us to check out, and said we would have to wait two or three hours for the room to be delivered), entered the room, the shower gel bottle was empty, the hair dryer was heavy and had little wind, I didn't want to blow halfway. There was no razor. You have to ask the front desk for it to be given, disposables, really not as good as ordinary hotels, bedding, not worthy of this five-star hotel, one thousand room fee, plus more than one hundred breakfast fee per person (breakfast is very ordinary), this stay was really terrible

Downstairs is Qiandeng Lake Park, and there are many shopping malls nearby. There is also a night market in the evening, which is also very lively. The breakfast buffet is also very rich and not crowded. You can try the hotel's morning tea next time, the reviews are also very good. But it would be better if the toiletries could be upgraded.
