Atour Hotel Qinghuiyuan Shunde Foshan

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere in the city center. It's surrounded by a food street, and taxis are easily accessible. The service attitude was also great.

The room had a slight odor and wasn't well-ventilated. It was a standard, small-sized room, nothing special, but the service was decent. The hotel's general location was good, but its specific spot was inconvenient for taxis to pick up guests, and there was no proper place to put luggage.

The ventilation system in the Atour room was excellent – fresh, quiet, and responsive. The staff were fantastic and quick to respond. The soundproofing of the windows was also very good.

The front desk staff at Atour Hotel were incredibly friendly, especially Xiyuan~ Thank you so much for your help, and for the double skin milk as a late-night snack. The hotel environment is great, clean, and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay! The location is perfect, right on Huagai Road and near Qinghui Garden ❤️ My favorite part is their laundry service; it's such a lifesaver~ Thumbs up! 🤗

This hotel is super close to Qinghui Garden, just a short walk away. It was lovely to visit in the morning when it was cooler and less crowded – a great experience. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel breakfast was very rich and delicious, and Yating even gave us some local tips! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

My trip to the mainland was going smoothly until I arrived at the hotel to check in. When I went to get my ID, I realized I had left my luggage on the high-speed train. All my documents and my iPad were in that bag, and I suddenly had no idea what to do. In a panic, I turned to the front desk staff, Qingjue and Wenjie, for help. Both of them were incredibly enthusiastic. After hearing my situation, they immediately contacted the high-speed train station on my behalf and specifically retrieved my luggage. Their efficiency and effectiveness were remarkable. I'm so grateful for their help in resolving this difficult situation. It truly showed me the genuine sincerity and kindness of the people on the mainland, and I was deeply touched. The next time I visit the mainland, I will definitely choose Atour Hotel again.

This is a great hotel with excellent service, a fantastic environment, and complete facilities. The location is superb, right next to a subway station, making it very convenient to get to attractions.

The location is really convenient, very close to all the attractions. The service was pretty good; they proactively helped us with our luggage. The only downside is the soundproofing isn't great, you can hear the neighbors.

Special thanks to Ms. Wang from housekeeping. She saw my mom and me carrying dirty laundry, and she proactively led us to the laundry room and showed us how to use the machines. She even took down our room number and, after our clothes were dry, folded them neatly and hung them on our doorknob. It made us feel right at home. Thank you!
