我訂的是標準大床房，房間沒有窗户，廁所推拉門是壞的，房間配的風筒也是壞的，我訂的是三天，第二天要洗頭的時候跟前台小姐姐説我房間的風筒壞了，能不能給我換一個風筒，小姐姐人挺好，她告訴我酒店沒有備用風筒，並且風筒也是固定安裝不可移動的，給我們換個房間，前台小姐姐給了新房間的房卡讓我們上去換房，剛到新房間門口 酒店的保潔阿姨就對我們説這個房間的風筒也是用不了的（我試了一下還真用不了）叫我們不要換了，她回家拿她家的風筒給我們用，然後我説我們房間的廁所門壞了關不上呢？然後她説那個門沒壞是要大力一點才能關上和打開，她還説推拉門都這樣的（然後她還演示了一番，大概要用二三十斤的力道才能關上）然後我笑了一下説為什麼剛剛新給我房間廁所門就可以輕輕的關上呢？ 阿姨沒有説話。（我知道阿姨是不想我們換房間 因為換了房間她就要多打掃一個房間，最後我們沒換，住了三天上廁所都沒關過門😹） 不明白這個酒店的人，明明知道這些設備有問題也不維修一下。
