No sidewalks for pedestrians. You’re essentially walking on the roads with vehicles. Unsafe. Concierge would also call several times for timeshares and then they would charged you for local phone calls or calls that they make to your room.

Really enjoyed my weekend with the family. Trip.com made my check in easy and saved me $800. This resort was clean and I felt at home

You cannot check-in without the strong arm timeshare sell. We had 2 toddlers running around and that was so stressful because they will not give you your room keys, Signed something to just get my keys. We called and said we would not be able to make the presentation and OMG.. They were so rude and charged us $50 for not going. This is not a place I would EVER want to own. Horrible,,, Just Horrible. And There are plenty of roaches. Upside kiddos pools and waterslide were very nice

Villa was not clean. Staff not all helpful. Placed by side of road which was very noisy and woke my family up all night long. Lawns mowed at 5am which also woke up family.

Here currently, the apartments are a great size and the hotel grounds are kept beautifully. Unfortunately the hotel has a cockroach problem. In 5 days we have had 4 roaches. The biggest one surprising my brother in the shower! I understand cockroaches can be an issue in Florida summer but in all the hotels we have visited over the years in the summer we have never experienced a cockroach, let alone 4! Worried we will be taking them home!!
