Havener's

Well kitted out room with robe, facecloth, sleepspray and earplugs provided - all of which was appreciated! We were well looked after every morning by J Lo who was very efficient and a friendly lady. The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything. It was a real wrench taking ourselves away from the beautiful river view. Loved it!

A fantastic location , with really helpful,pleasent staff. My room was excellent,clean , with everything you need and a terific view ! The breakfast was faboulus and i had a table ovelooking the harbour which was a bonus ! I am planing to go back later this year , and i would thoroughly recomend a visit if your in Fowey

Rooms were very nice and bed very comfortable, look out over the water and square. Breakfast was excellent, a choice of full english, waffles etc. We had full english and eggs benedict, both were excellent. Also ate in the restaurant, fish and chips and chicken and coconut curry. Both were very tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Car parking..there is around 10 spaces out front with a max 2 hr stay, you can park overnight, but need to be gone by 9am. There is a long stay car park 0.5 mile away at Caffe mill. Definitely stay here again.

Amazing service beginning to the end of our break! Staff are a credit to the hotel! We stayed in room 3 which had greats views over the Estuary and square. Comfy bed, pillows, great shower and everything we needed for our stay. We had a fantastic roast dinner when we arrived and ate in the restaurant another couple of nights. Great choice and would recommend. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to your liking. Would definitely return to stay in the Haveners- perfect in every sense. Felt like a family run hotel, which felt special. Special place and AMAZING staff, thank you!

Our two night stay was hard to fault for the price we paid. A lovely welcome and the staff were friendly and did their best to help if needed. The room was modern with night illumination available with light sensitive tiles, a lovely shower and towel rail and radiator which could be timed as required. Breakfast and the meal we had one night were good quality and served with a smile. We would hope to return in the future

We stayed here for one night. The Haveners has a great location as it is located in the center of Fowey and right on the harbor. The welcome was warm and friendly when we arrived. Our room had amazing views as it overlooked the harbor and was extremely comfortable. There was everything we needed and the bed was comfortable with lovely bed linen. We did enjoy a lovely meal in the restaurant which had a good menu and atmosphere. The only thing to mention is that to get to the restaurant from our room we had to go outside briefly. Normally this is not a problem but on the night we stayed the weather was awful. We found the team really helpful and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Check out is 10.00am but we asked if this could be extended. As there were a lot of guests leaving the same morning we were able to check out later. This was was much appreciated. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Had an absolutely amazing time - The views- stunning. The food - fantastic. The team - well what a credit to st Austell brewery. From arrival Georgia, Barris, Cat, JLo in fact all the staff made us feel welcome and looked after us throughout our stay. The attention to detail with the service, the food, help and advice about the local area and where to go to pouring the perfect gin was a massive part of why our trip was so special. Great breakfast & a beautiful dinner! We stayed in room 4 which was a bit too cosy for more then a couple of nights - beautiful & clean room but slightly tired- there is some attention to detail needed to some fixtures and fittings in the bathroom. Thank you to the whole team at Havener’s for making my partners 40th birthday celebration one we will never forget. We will be back - see you all soon!

Everything was fabulous quality - the room and decor, the shower room, the attention to detail of the tea/coffee making facilities..........staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble to explain, full English breakfast very nice

Stays at Haveners over a sunny May weekend. Lovely breakfast serves overlooking the harbour. Room was beautifully finished and nicely decorated bathroom very clean with a very nice shower. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful, we would definitely come again.
