The room is spacious, clean and tidy. It is close to the main road but unaffected by any traffic noise. The bed is comfortable. The kitchenette provides enough facilities for you to prepare the meals using microwave. One issue is that the ventilation fan inside the washroom is noisy during operation but can be turned off before going to sleep.

The room is very costly for motel standard. We have booked the room of 1 double + 1 single only to be told this is for 2 pax! Last minute being asked to top up NZD123 to accommodate 2 kids. The room is dated with basic necessities, hot water run out in the middle of shower and the bed is soft with parts sunk in.

The hygiene is really poor. There are obvious large stains on the carpets and bedding. The tableware is also greasy. The worst accommodation in New Zealand.

The hotel opened by Big Brother in Beijing is warm and hospitable and treats people sincerely. recommend.

Warm and comfortable, but the bathroom shower facilities are relatively basic. The tea cup was stained and had not been cleaned, so I used my own.

You can't open the windows, and it's very hot even if you don't open them. There are not many hotels around, so they should all be about the same. If you go to the glacier, I suggest you stay at the Joseph Glacier. The accommodation conditions in Fox are too poor.

Very good location, 1 minute walk from Glacier departure station, in the center of the town! It’s a 5-minute walk from popular restaurants, perfect choice!
