Fantastic resort for families.  The hotel service was amazing and offered tons of activities for kids and adults alike.  Location was perfect.

During the trip to Brazil, this is the most cost-effective hotel in Iguazu, except for the Falls Hotel. The price is very reasonable and the room facilities are also good. It is worth recommending.

Great place to go with family and friends. Great place to go with kids. Good things: huge place with great variety of activites; external (cold) pool, internal (warm) pool, special pool with 6 slides for kids (and also grown up people ;) ), great food and variets (menu changes everyday). There is a place with rescued animals, nice tour along their ”farm” where many vegetables from the salad bar grow. Rooms are pretty fine, some humidity smell but there is not much to be done and nothing terrible.  The things to be improved: I must say that a hotel MUST have people that speak other languages, at least English! Most of the people did not speak english nor spanish nor french nor any language apart from portuguese. At the end, we alywas made ourselves understood and got what we wanted but this is something that makes the difference between and Excellent place and The Best place. Another thing to be improved is the system that is used for charging consumptions; due to connectivity issues, they were many times duplicated. Also, related to the account, I found several room bar consumptions that were not done by us. They shold be more careful with this kind of things as I believe that not all the people checks this.  Anyway, there are things to be improved but this did not prevented myself and my family from having a wonderful vacations on this hotel. We will definitely return and we are sure that the suggested things will then be solved. ;) 

The hotel, the staff, the food were simply amazing!  We loved our stay!  I traveled with my two daughters and they were absolutely thrilled with the playground area. Didn't know what they wanted  to do first. Definitely recommend this hotel for parents traveling with their kids!  The waiters, reception desk people all very kind and helpful.  Very comfortable and clean hotel room and beds.  And the food is a whole other chapter! Simply delicious!!   Way to go, Bourbon Cataratas!  Can't wait to see you / be there again!

I'm a doctor and spent a weekend at the Resort with my family. During usual times, my evaluation would be excellent, however I was strongly disappointed and would not recommend this resort as good for minimum Covid-19 precautions, during breakfast (when people are more vulnerable, as they need to remove their masks). I would like to make it very clear that the employees were doing the best job possible and acting as directed, but I noticed an obvious lack of a management plan for meal time, training for employees and instructions for the guests.  Breakfast took place in only one of the two restaurants available, the tables were not spaced properly (or at least not obviously signposted for guests), people sat less than 1m apart (as in a normal period), it would be a pleasant mess, if was pre-Covid era. I would expect international standards, with respect to WHO rules, but I found quality inferior to that of local contingency plan.   I have no doubt that the hotel has trained staff to draw up a good plan and honestly I hope that profit does not prevail over people's health and care, specially at this challenging times.
