Atendentes super simpáticos. Café da manhã excelente. Quarto aconchegante porém com cama de molas que rangem um pouco. Banheiro de bom tamanho com chuveiro excelente. Atendeu bem as expectativas

Atendimento muito bom da recepção ás camareiras todos muito educados e prestativos. Café da manhã com itens de qualidade. Precisa renovar as roupas de cama em cores e qualidade e aprofundar as condições de limpeza principalmente da janela do banheiro.

O Tower Franca é um hotel antigo e que carece de reformas e modernizações.
O atendimento dos funcionários é bom.
O cafe da manha é muito bom, porém, de um dia para o outro nao se tem grandes variações.
Os apartamentos tem um tamanho ótimo, porem, sao velhos e precisam de reformas.
A cama de casal era confortável, porem, as de solteiro ja estavam surradas e desconfortáveis.
Pelo valoe cobrado, esperava encontrar um hotel em melhores condições.
