Always a pleasure to go down there! Not for us it has become my stam hotel in Frankfurt: Super friendly staff, all very premature and generous service and food (world best coffee!)  The SPA is excellent - small but fine, there is nothing missing. Specially the massage beds are worth gold and there is every day fruit.  I'd like to see you again and again!

Well the room is quite good, nicely designed and everything is comfortable. There is a REWE GO next door, which is convenient when need supplier like water, snack foods and etc,. Breakfast is good and the restaurant manager is very helpful and cheerful, I had good time there. However the service from receptionist, can’t say it’s bad. But you don’t feel of being welcomed.. that’s a bit sorry.
