Due to some mix up, I was assigned a room that hadn't been fully cleaned. When contacted via phone the concierge was quick to re-assign me to a different room which was fully satisfactory in cleanliness. Included two small bottles of water, and two pods for the coffee maker. There was no iron / ironing board available to press shirts for business, and I found the pillows on the bed were excessively large. Maybe thin pillows would be available from the concierge, but I didn't think to ask. Otherwise the experience was very positive.

Great apartment, modern & spacious Great apartment, clean and modern, newly decorated/fitted, has everything you need. Separate bedroom, lounge/kitchen and bathroom. Lots of space. Perfect to bring our daughter back for naps. Amazing location in the middle of town. Quiet apartment despite overlooking the Christmas markets. Finding check in wasn’t the easiest - you go somewhere else to get a code so you then go to your appt building to use the code to collect the key from a box on the wall, and then you have to go in and out the building to walk across a courtyard to find your appt - not the clearest instructions, but the appt is worth it! They never responded to my questions about a cot either so I would have to say poor communication.

Great location! Clean and roomy! The suite itself was clean and well sized with a small kitchen (that we didn’t use). It was really well situated for meandering through the Christmas markets and old town. My only complaint was that the WiFi for our room was very unstable; we had to connect to our friends’ who were starting in the room next door.
