All in all okay hotel, bed was uncomfortable but room was clean the area was unfortunately noise due to construction.

It is the second time I book in this hotel, with a different room type this time.
The room was spacious, well equipped and ideally located for me.
The staff was once again helpful and welcoming.
Nice point I didn’t know the first time, we can go downstairs get tea, coffee and other hot drinks for free.

The location is good as there is a big mall just opposite. We were not really exploring Frankfurt so do not know about public transport to the city center.
There is no daily house keeping in the hotel unless for stay more than 1 week.

The room is clean and the front desk is friendly. There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel. There are restaurants and supermarkets, which is very convenient. There is bus M46 at the door, and the Frankfurt train station is 3 or 4 stops away. It is super convenient.

Overall, it is a very good hotel. There is a large shopping mall downstairs. The living room on the first floor is large and comfortable. Coffee and tea are also free. I will stay here again next time.

It was great, fast and friendly service at check in and check out. The room was clean, tidy, modern and had everything you needed for a night or two.
Unfortunately, the breakfast is quite expensive at €16, especially since there is a bakery opposite that serves breakfast for less than half the price.
