the hotel was ok, except 1 thing - personnel. I have never seen so unfriendly barman and reception staff. also very weird thing - they have coffee machine, coffee capsules and tea but no teaspoons in the room. when I ask the bar guy for tea spoons he looked at me like I am an *****.

The airport hotel is located a few km away. Logistic support was aweful. Several inter-hotel shuttle bus lines serve the area, but there is no schedule in display, nor buses can be identified easily. The pickup point is also unclear. Calling up the hotel for help was a challenge. The general number was never answered without trying reservations. It took several minutes for the answering staff to find out the bus service breaks for a few hours in the afternoon! Checking in was neither very pleasant, making one feels undeserving. To be fair, the hotel looks brand new and well designed. All amenities, including fitness centre, are available. The general fittings are of quality standard. Breakfast is one of the best, if you don't mind some overcooked hot items.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The eating area was also very clean, the breakfast buffet had a variety of foods. They also have a shuttle bus from the airport.

Nice hotel for early morning flights.

For a airport hotel super inflexible. I wanted to check in at 7am and needed to leave the next day 6 am again. And they wanted me to book the hotel room for an additional day. For an airport hotel it should be usual practice to have arrivals at different times without a extra charge. Besides that breakfast was good. Room was clean. Just the shower with the shower curtains felt a bit like hostel. They also offer a shuttle bus to terminal 1 for 6 euro.

This is the fifth time I've stayed at the hotel. Breakfast is great rooms are clean my only complaint is that they don't have refrigerators in the room. Stuff is professional I always see her every time I fry into Frankfurt Airport this is my preferred Hotel I paid $99 with tax which is a steal. At $150 it gets to be too much so the hotel was $140 when I come back in May and I booked stay City Hotel Apart Hotel when I return because it was $100 which is my price point for the Frankfurt Airport. I have zero complaints about this hotel the rooms are nice everything is clean it has a gym and it has a fantastic breakfast staff is awesome,,& very professional. In the surroundings about three and a half blocks away there's also a full-fledged supermarket and an Italian restaurant that's mediocre but a nice gathering place. I broke my major suitcase so I was also able to replace my suitcase at luggage store that was also three blocks away. I only took off a point because they wouldn't install a refrigerator
