It was a nice standard room. The area was a bit sketchy to be honest, however, finding transportation was quite easy as the station is a close distance

The hotel's design and location are exceptional. The rooms are generously sized and well-appointed. The building offers a comprehensive range of amenities, including ample parking facilities.

It is central and easy to move around the town

It is clear but No telephone in the room many homeless out of the hotel not safe to be out sied in night

The location is great as it is very close to the HBF station, it is only a few minutes walk from the station. However, given the number of drug takers around the location it may be dangerous to hang around during night time. Other than that, I couldn’t complain more. If there is a fridge inside the room that would be awesome!

The room was really nice. The reception desk could really improve. It took me more than 30 mins to check into my room. There was a long queue of people waiting to check-in and only one staff member at the reception desk. The hotel wasn't understaffed since there were other staff members circling around. Further, there was a card in my room to avail a free drink, when I reached the reception, the guy refused Saying they don't offer free drinks(even water) when I asked. I asked at the reception desk if the TV in my room could be fixed, even emailed, no response. I had asked for an extra blanket since the one in my room was extremely small. No response on that either. However, the hotel was nice, the room was super clean and comfortable. location is good too.

Really good, just like it was 2 years ago. Breakfast price has gone up but otherwise room rate is still very reasonable. Shower was nice and hot, room was nice and cool. I recommend.

Hotel was great, very near to Frankfurt Central station by walking. Room is comfortable and clean. Probably it is winter, did not see any homeless people. I would not advise for family with small kids. There are many sex bars and hotels by the road nearby.

Nice hotel to stay for short stay but not with families. Good for business travellers as it’s near main station.

The hotel was really nice once inside. The room was spacious and the entire building was very clean. The only thing we did not realize is that it is in a sketchy neighbourhood with lots of homeless, drunk and questionable people around at all times of day. However, for the price and proximity to the train station, these made up for the location issues.

For the price you pay it’s pretty decent. Only problem is that the street where the entry to the hotel is is a bit dodgy. Shady characters flank the area. There are security guards walking around with utility vests on. Good thing thé hôtel is that we had the option to pay 30€ to extend our check out time till 3. That helped a lot. We didn’t opt for breakfast. Rooms were clean and newly renovated. One issue about the room was that it didn’t have cups. Or mugs. At all. Not even paper cups. And they didn’t have any at reception either.
