close to metro11, nice morning food. clean room, best price

I want a refund, no parking, the accommodation was not same as advertised. I almost couldn’t find place. Very dirty and tiny. Only one bed.

Perfectly adequate hotel. Right at the far end of the tram line - about 10 minutes from the Carhedral square. Rooms are named after cities! We were Barcelona.my daughter was Wein. Rooms are basic. Two singles pushed together for a double. Pillow was flimsy but folded in half made it fine. Bathroom was beautiful. Clean modern shower sink toilet. Perfect. Breakfast provided in the morning. Full range of continental cheeses meats fruits bread. Lots of Coffee in all formats from a machin. Perfect! Reception staff lovely and friendly. There is a train line about 20 metres from the windows! There are many trains. But like everything. You start to forget they are there.

The staff was terrible the girl at the reception desk was unprofessional and entitled. I wold say my whole stay there was ruined only because of her manners. I pay money and I expect at least a little bit respect .I think she was ****** because we were not german and didn’t know any german.

Booked in the morning, arrived at 8am Early check in was available and at 8:30 we were in the room already. Big thanks to the team and manager! Very pleasant staff and service was top despite of the hotel is not expensive. They do have free parking which is a great

Small room clean ac did not work. Easy access to altstadt frankfurt by car or street train. Nearby food. In a non Standard area for a hotel. If you want a clean good price near Frankfurt with parking, internet, and breakfast stay here. If you want more then not for you.

Vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis her sehr gut. Nur zu wenig Parkplätze, wenn das Hotel voll ist.

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt und alles war verfügbar, reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Nos llevamos una sorpresa cuando vimos que el hotel estaba pegado a la vía del tren literalmente. Hotel bastante limitado, ofrecen parking pero tienen un espacio para aparcar con pocas plazas. Tienes que aparcar en la calle, hay facilidad para encontrar sitio (parking gratis). Un poco lejos del centro, 25-30 min en tranvía. Lo mejor el desayuno, muy generoso. Si no hubiese sido por el desayuno, lo puntuaríamos 2/5.

L’hôtel correct avec un bon petit déjeuner copieux. Les problèmes pour trouver une place de parking.
