The room is big and clean. It has big windows too. The staffs are nice. It is close to the tram station so it’s convenient. However, you need to pay deposit to rent a kettle. Overall, I enjoy my stay here.

Hotel is excellent! The room is clean and new with ample amount of light, it gives a very pleasant and comfortable vibe. The stay was one of the best place I've stayed at with very reasonable price. Location is a 5 mins walk away from the metro station. The staff speaks fluent English and is friendly. Overall, it's beyond expectations and a wonderful stay at Frankfurt.

Love the hotel location situated in new residential area and about 6mins walk to the train station. Very kind service by front desk staff Teresa and Lovisa. Lack of fridge/coffee/tea/kettle in the room. Unable to keep your food products fresh. Other than that all good! Just another note, there are direct trains from Airport to Frankfurt Ost station. Take RB58 for only 20mins instead of U6 / S8 Train which is the usual route.

Even kettle need to borrow by paying €20 deposit, and how they keep record wasn’t well communicated between colleagues. The girl worked in reception wasn’t willing to pay me back the deposit as she said she didn’t see any record on their system.

Nothing special but completely reliable, I will come back to the niu! Perfect experience for the price.

Very good modern hotel in very convenient and peaceful location. Would definitely come back.

The rooms are very small and the quilt feels like it's for a single person. It was my first night in Germany and I felt a little uncomfortable living there.

1. The desk is designed so that you can’t sit on it at all. 2.The room is small 3. The front desk was very nice. They printed four pages of documents for me without charging me.

Booked a double bed room. The quilt is 1 meter wide. There was no free water in the room and it was very, very cold. I caught a cold and my nose couldn't stop flowing. The bathroom heater automatically shuts off. Turning it on has no effect. The advantage is clean.

I like that it is clean and comfortable. I would like to visit again next time. I didn't plan on staying consecutively, but the room was nice and clean so I stayed longer. It's really nice, probably because it's newly built.

Facilities: General Hygiene: OK Environment: General Service: The reserved room was of a higher level than the actual room I stayed in. I did not request a room change. The hotel promised to delay check-out until 2 pm on the last day. However, it turned out that the guest was kicked out immediately at 12 pm, which was not true.
