Self check in was very easy and quick. The Staffs was friendly and helpful. We get some chocolate an eggs for the Easter.

The hotel overbooked so I was moved to another location. Taxi took over half hour to get there. Hotel was ok.

Location was very convenient, next to the Hauptbahnhof (main train station). Safe especially for lady travels. Staff were friendly too, and checking in and out was very smooth for us.

Very convenient. Pretty much close to the train station. Room is clean. Self-service but still convenient for me.

Room is very clean,also pretty quite. Before checking in just see the comments mentioned that maybe will be dangerous as near to the Frankfurt central station,but everything is fine after living in.The apple in the receiving hall is pretty nice. Year 2025 I will be back again,will live here again.

Very bad hotel, they did not cancel the booking even where there was national train strike in Germany. Trip.com also did not supported. Worst experience

Good location, free apple available in lobby. Not much to complain, just don't like their self check in system, I prefer a staff to do check in for us.
