I find the hotel is very quiet and super location for going every way also the breakfast is super nice the price is bit high but I like is all fresh food, also the reception man and the light shift Ali both of them is very helpful, they are great service and help me to get a prefect room !! I will stay again

Booked this hotel by chance. The room was clean and in a great location, about ten minutes' walk from Zell Street. The parking lot is behind the lobby, but the parking lot was under construction at the time and was parked elsewhere.

Leider überschattet ein nettes Hotel die völlige Inkompetenz der Mitarbeiter… Das zugesagte Beistellbett war plötzlich nicht verfügbar - die unverschämte Reaktion des Mitarbeiters an der Rezeption: er habe es mir nicht versprochen und mein Anruf würde nicht gelten. Er habe schließlich nichts Schriftliches. Keinerlei Ansatz für eine Lösung - doch, ich hätte -kostenpflichtig!- ein weiteres Zimmer buchen dürfen, in dem ich Alleinreisende wahlweise mein 8jähriges, mein 6jähriges oder 4jähriges Kind hätte alleine schlafen lassen dürfen. Ein weiteres Problem: das „Doppel“bett sind eigentlich nur zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten, die auch nicht miteinander verbunden werden können. Das macht ein „Schlafen in der Besucherritze“ leider auch unmöglich… Schade, wie man so durch Inkompetenz und Unfreundlichkeit negativ punkten kann 👎👎👎
