Staff are helpful. The nespresso machine in room is not clean though.

Good location but limited facilities in the hotel. Room is not ready when ai check in. I come with 2 children aged 11 and 13 and I was charged extra 36 EURO for extra room guest (my 11 years old daughter) as I booked a superior room.
When I checked in coffee, tea bags, bottle of water and tissues are empty. Not readily served family room with 2 single beds placed side by side. Ventilation is central heat and can hardly be adjusted. Room temperature is very high and we are hot all times.

Every time I come to Frankfurt, I stay at NH. Now it has been renamed AVANI. It is still very good, with an excellent location. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the city center.

This hotel was recommended by a friend. The room is quite large and very clean. Free drinking water and coffee are provided in the room. The staff is very enthusiastic and the breakfast is a typical German breakfast.
