This hotel was nice and the staff was great. The breakfast was good but got boring after 5 nights there, but was still fresh and did have some nice offerings. Keep in mind that you can't drink in the lobby unless you buy the alcohol from their bar, but we did in the parking lot and they were cool with it. Rooms are nice and spacious and housekeeping did a great job.

Upon arrival the bath tub had 3 inches of water and dirt all in the tub we went to the front desk and the gentleman gave us a plunger to try and fix it ourself he explain he would give us points but to call on Monday and speak to a manager about a refund when I was able to finally get in touch with a manager they only offered $50 credit when I spent $287 on one night this hotel is to expensive for one night not to be able to have the expectation to just be able to shower! We have traveled to this location for a few years with my daughter travel team and I not her team will ever be back!

The lack of USB or outlets is a challenge. Beds were okay. Appreciate the extra room and sofa pull out for our family of 5. We did not have an ice machine on our floor. Breakfast was really nice. Lots of options. The only thing missing was flavored creamer.

The best Hyatt team of any hotel I have stayed it. Krista, Christy, Cory, and Ramy, as well as other front desk staff and all the cleaning staff were amazing. Do yourself a favor and have lunch or dinner at Wild Ginger across the street!

Comfortable bed. Beautiful room. Large seating area. The breakfast buffet was by far one of the best I’ve experienced. They even had oat milk as a dairy alternative!
