It was. Great stay Nicole was very friendly and out going. She was very attentive to what I needed and mad sure I had what I needed. 100% recommendation for front staff. She is very personal, kind, and sweet! I would recommend this hotel to anyone just for the the pretty women at front and the kindness she has to offer

I really enjoyed my stay at Homes2suites in Franklin. The location was great with a mall and plenty of restaurants nearby. Nice lobby, with plenty of sofas, chairs and tables, and exercise room, pool and outdoor area with fireplace.The hotel was clean and the staff attentive with one of the staff members, I believe her name was Abby, exceedingly professional, courteous and kind. One suggestion would be to repair the broken tiles in the elevator. Other than that A+.

I had a great experience here on a two-week business trip. Everything was clean and well maintained. When I had to cut my trip short due to an impending storm, the staff was very accommodating. I would choose to stay here again without hesitation.

Good 2-week stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was well maintained, and rooms were in good condition. An extra shout out observing Carlos clean the tables after breakfast. You could tell he cares about doing a good job and he worked at a good pace. Well done Carlos!

Nice clean hotel, good location with a lot around, close to Nashville. Staff is super friendly. Manager Chris sends out personal emails to welcome you and check on your stay. Had great experiences with staff Abby Tyra and Joseph. They have snacks popcorn or cookies in the lobby along with fruit infused water. Overall great experience will definitely return and stay here when in the area.

The staff were the best and handle everything well. They went beyond what I see at hotels and we really appreciate them. They provided breakfast and even dinner one time (cookout). Rooms were clean and maintained. They fix any issues we had as well quickly which was our door knob fell off.

I have traveled and stayed many places. So far this place is one of my favorites. Chris, Tyra, Joseph and Abby were so friendly and really go above and beyond. The hotel is nice, breakfast was good and they make popcorn or cookies each night for a nice treat in the lobby. Wish all the places I stay were this friendly!!

Every day, staff was friendly, helpful and attentive, and extremely pleasant to speak to. I spoke to Chris and he was very infomative about places to eat and also about going into Nashville, Abbi, the evening manager was extremely nice. All of the staff was pleasant and a joy to talk to. The rooms were clean and a great place to stay. The hotel site was relatively central to a number of shopping areas, with highway access close-by but off-set enough to be quiet and semi-secluded not to spoil the pleasant quiet atmosphere. A number of restaurants were next-door, within a short walking distance a high value/affordable pricing.
