Very close to the glacier hiking meeting point. The room is not big but warm and clean. There is a parking lot next to it, which is dark at night and suitable for stargazing.

10/10, fantastic value, cute little cabins, basic but well appointed. Super clean, tidy, comfortable and has great views of the mountains. The staff are wonderful, really friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely stay again.

Das Hotel 10 Cottages in Franz Josef ist ruhig gelegen mit schönem Blick von der Anlage auf die umliegenden Berge.
Das Zimmer (Cottage) war ausreichend groß. Die Betten waren okay, das Bad allerdings recht einfach.
Es gab ausreichend Parkplätze auf dem Gelände.
Die Freundlichkeit im Hotel war einwandfrei.

We loved the self contained cottage which was roomy and comfortable. The bathroom was the best of our travels having a proper vanity with a big drawer for toilet bags etc. Would certainly recommend.

Cottage masks the true nature of this property. Its a small portacabin. Sure it's got sliding patio doors and a bathroom but it's still a portacabic. As a result its hard to control the temperature. It feels damp even in March and the bathroom, even after only one night and two showers smelled damp. Also the WiFi is poor to non- existant.
