We only stayed two nights at the Flora hotel but it was also a lot for the service we received. We had booked a junior suite with a hydromassage tub but we found ourselves in a triple/family room with a shower and windows that couldn't be opened because in front of it there was a TV cabinet, an armchair and a desk. The TV only worked with Sky and was so dated that it didn't keep the channel programming, and you were forced to reprogram every time you changed channels. In the hotel fridge upon our arrival we didn't even find a bottle of water (there were 3 of us in the room). We waited the next day to understand if it was just an oversight.... but nothing. They cleaned the room superficially but not they replenished nothing. There was also a kettle in the room to prepare hot drinks, a pity that there weren't even the chopsticks to stir the sugar in the two limited tea bags they had left. But the most serious thing was the bathroom drain that didn't take in any water. We reported it twice but nothing. We couldn't go to the bathroom because you couldn't flush the toilet! Bottom line, we preferred to bring forward the departure by a few hours to finally get home and use the toilets! At the time of payment and reporting, the receptionist, who was not at fault, did not even call the manager, not for a discount which was obvious from our point of view, but at least for an official apology. We are sorry to say that the service is not 4 star, we will not recommend it and we will not return.
