Beautiful room and very well decorated and came with a huge jacuzzi (which isn’t our thing really but certainly will appeal to others). The grounds where the cottage is are lovely and there are lots of relaxation areas including a hot tub (again if that’s your thing). Check in was straightforward although there did seem to be far more advance bureaucracy around documents/cars/parking etc than we have experienced in other places. Location - you’ll won’t need to walk more than 5 mins to get anywhere in Harrison. If you are interested in a stay at Harrison Hot Springs then this wouldn’t be a bad choice.

Very nice hotel. Pool was open only if you booked ahead of time. Front desk fellow was very nice when we checked in, very accommodating. But the lady who was at the front desk in the morning was very rude when we were checking out. She looked at us as if we were less than her. She never smiled, she never thanked us, she never asked how our stay was nothing, stood there but rudly said ok your done you can go now. If she doesn't like her job she shouldn't be there. Definatly won't come back to stay if I see her at the desk when we arrive.

Hotel location is very good, parking is convenient, there is no breakfast, but there are many eating shops outside the door. The town is small and convenient to travel, suitable for traveling by car. I was going to stay a few days longer, but Heavenly Father didn't make beauty, so I had to come again next time!

This resort came highly recommended by my friends but in my opinion it was OK; however, the customer service was EXCELLENT! The staff were very professional, courteous, helpful and kind. Room service was fast even on the Family Day long weekend! The restaurant attached to the resort had a tasty and large buffet selection and the waitresses went out of their way to please and to treat everyone in our family! The pools were not as hot as we wanted them to be (it rained on us while in the hot springs so we felt cold despite the heated outdoor pools). The rooms were outdated for a resort and for the price per night. We stayed only 1 night and that was more than enough! The highlight for us was the dinner and the breakfast buffets!

I was booked into the Holiday Inn by my employer. It is outside the city centre which is good. When we looked at a restaurant at the Coast Hotel there were street people in the parking lot and around the immediate vicinity. The Holiday Inn is far enough from the city centre that this is not an issue that may make some people uneasy. The hotel is very new, is very clean, has very comfortable beds, pillows, nice quality bath products and Dove soap and lotion. Very well laid out room with numerous electrical outlets, well lit and comfortable furnishings. Breakfast has a good variety of food. Staff seem happy at their work and are very helpful, especially Rose!

The hotel is clean, quiet and very easy to access from the freeway. I'm not a fan of continental breakfast, but there was a lot of options for those who are. There are quite a few restaurants close by for breakfast, and I found one with no problems. Check in/out was quick and easy and staff were really friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall not good to come to Vancouver on the first day did not choose to live in the city from the airport to drive from the airport probably takes more than an hour. The hotel is very clean next to the Wal-Mart and the shopping center is very convenient. Although there is no breakfast, the hotel can connect to a restaurant at a very affordable price. 15 knives a lot of people

曉曉The room and toilet are large and clean enough to stay in the homestay, but it should be noted that the check-in time is only two hours 4:00-6:00pm, because we came out of Banff and encountered a heavy snow for 4 hours. The drive became 11 hours. Contact Ctrip Hotel to tell you that no late check-in is possible. After Ctrip coordination, add another CAD 25 and check in before 9:00am. It is very urgent all the way. In fact, the landlord lives in the room of the hotel

GGuest UserWhen I entered the room, I put a comforter from home on the bed, covered all carpet with waterproof pads, used a ”fencing” to prevent my 2 dogs from being able to even get near the bed and they slept in their crates. We were only there to sleep and nothing else as we left before 7 every morning and back at bed time. The first morning I had a shower and water got on the bathroom floor. I wiped it up with a towel and it was black. That day I went to the store and purchased Lysol wipes and cleaned the bathroom floor that night. We found two bobby pins, a hair elastic and a ball of human hair. The pillow smelled like ”sardines”. When we checked out, I made sure I mentioned it to the desk clerk so that she would make sure that it was cleaned a bit better. (Never mind no internet and TV was grainy and old but we didn't care as we weren't there much). Low and behold I get a call on the day of checkout that they are keeping my $200 deposit (I had already paid a $50 pet fee!). They sent me a picture of a couple hairs on the white sheet. Nothing else to justify these ”damages” and reason for keeping the deposit! I sent pictures of all of the stuff that I used to protect their room. Denied the refund! Read the reviews and notice that this is the experience of many people on here.

JJINFENGThe location of the hotel is relatively quiet, and the entire hotel is relatively large, especially with a lot of parking spaces, which is very suitable for self-driving people. The breakfast is relatively rich with hot food, and the front desk service is also very good. If you go early, you can check in early if you have a room. You don't have to wait until after 3 o'clock. I have been on a business trip in Canada for more than a month, and I basically book a hotel of the best western brand, which is cost-effective.

GGuest UserA not overly clean room that is cramped, with an old carpet, no cupboards of any sort in the bathroom, and erratic wifi. Oh...and then there 's the construction going on next door as they are making a major addition to the mall. Lots of car traffic noise too. People reserving should be warned about that. The beds seem okay. And the front desk person was friendly.

The owner was friendly and made us feel welcome during our stay. Location is great for walking as the park and some shops and restaurants are located nearby.

GGuest UserThis Hotel is largely un-staffed, we arrived late at night after 36 hours of travelling to find the security entrance code would not work, and no-one would answer the Hotel Emergency out of hours service. We eventually tracked someone down after a stressful 1/2 hour of thinking we would be sleeping on the street. The room itself was dated, varnish worn off the table top etc but functional, and clean... but read on. We stayed 7 nights and despite asking for the room to be refreshed twice, Les the manager never bothered to arrange it, so we spent the whole week with the same towels and bedding, very Lazy!! It has the look of a place inherited by a next generation who don't have the skills or interest their parents had On a positive note we had comfortable sleeps, on a good bed. So if you are looking for a basic budget no frills stay this could be for you

Great hotel at reasonable rate. Stated here on way to ferry. Stayed in newly renovated rooms. Very nice and clean. Excellent job. Friendly staff and air conditioner works great. Lots or room. Nice little fridge and enough storage. Very quiet. Prices good considering high times in summer. A must stop at in Hope

GGuest UserEw! It’s incredibly run down and dirty. No elevator. Hard to get luggage in doors as they don’t open automatically. No sugar or cream for coffee. Needs updating. I couldn’t understand a word the front desk lady said. Pillows are small and old. Beds are super uncomfortable too much money for quality Good things. I liked the results f top patio but omg. Clean it once in awhile! Breakfast in a bag is a cool idea but I’d rather sit and eat in lobby Felt like we were getting kicked out with a lunch bag. I think they should just shut this hotel down!!
