I really can’t find enough good things to say about this place. Immaculately clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable and friendly all come to mind. The large, well-designed room meant we never had anything in the way. The bed was very comfortable: best night’s sleep I’ve had in a week. Staff people made sure we felt welcome. It’s easy to get to with all the services you need nearby, including a fast food place across the street. Breakfast is the usual hotel fare. Food area is a bit small, but the seating area is large and quite nice. I wish that I could have this hotel every night on this trip. The only downsides are that the free internet is pretty slow and no EV charging. They want you to pay for reasonable Internet speed.

With rooms that are bleak and stark and uncomfortable, the Town Place Suites in Frederick Maryland, are unwelcoming, and should not be considered an extended stay property With in room lighting, that is so bright, it will burn your retinas out… Or so dim, you can’t see… This is an uncomfortable basic hotel room With tables and chairs that look like they should be Used for prisoner interrogation there is nothing comfortable in this property… As a person who travels for work and stays in 100 properties a year my main advice would be… Find somewhere else to stay

Fairly new property with many amenities within walking distance. Room was spacious with a full kitchen, including full-size fridge and dishwasher. Hallways are well-lighted. Location is favorable, with quick access to major interstates, while an Uber ride to the center of Frederick takes 13 minutes.

This hotel is conveniently located very near many restaurants. The room was larger than the average Marriott with a small kitchen. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets. The hotel was quiet even though there were many quests (there was a wedding party). All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than cereal and muffins. It included eggs and turkey and pork sausage. They even had nut milk available for those that are lactose intolerant. The extras included a large workout room (better than average), good sized pool (could swim some short laps), pool table, and games.

My husband and I stayed here after a wedding we attended locally. The room was very nice, very clean, and large, but the bed was very uncomfortable. Probably won’t need to stay in the area again. Breakfast was a thawed jimmy dean sausage biscuit. The staff was very nice, but the bed quality needs to be stepped up.

It was AWESOME! Updated and CLEAN! The entire staff was amazing, especially Racine, who took time to correct a minor issue we had with our room. The breakfast was good, and the common areas were clean as well. Location was terrific with food/shops within walking distance. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great weekend stay in Fredrick! Rooms are clean and efficient for your stay. Front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. The GM is present and ensures your needs are met. Had a wonderful stay for the weekend!

I booked this room under my employer's negotiated Marriott rate. On check-in, the front desk clerk was not at all happy about this, and threatened to "send me down the road," because of this rate. Then she decided she was tired, and wasn't going to bother. Very unfriendly, and the worst check-in experience I've ever had. My employer has this contract for a certain rate with Marriotts which is why I stay in Marriotts on work travel, but this is one I will certainly go out of my away to avoid next time. In 8 years of business travel for my employer I've never run into anything like this.

Ashley and Madison were nice to deal with, but that is where the nice elements of this hotel stops. The rooms are just OK, the TV selection is BAD, and there is nothing redeeming about this location or the area. I am actually, bothered that I made a reservation to stay here and wound never come here again.
