It was only a one night stay, it was good service. Very nice staff, location, and property. Front desk manager Penny helped a lot to understand city.

I love staying at crowne plaza hotel. The frontdesk are very helpful, nice, and accommodating. They never fail us to enjoy our every stay at Fredericton.

I once studied in Frye, and this time I took my parents on a self-driving trip and stayed in this familiar hotel. The service was very good. We arrived in the middle of the night and left early in the morning. We didn't use any of the facilities. There was a swimming pool. Breakfast was very good!

The room is clean, the service attitude is good, and it is convenient to travel!

Not to mention the location of the hotel, it can be regarded as the center of the center of Fredericton. The sound insulation of the room is not good. There is a door between the two adjacent rooms. It is a misfortune to encounter a neighbor who likes to be noisy and carefree. Overall, the price is not high.

clean, quiet and accessible. but very poor staff who don’t even care to give your proper explanations, they even “forgot” to give us our breakfast card upon check in and told us we need to pay in the morning!

Love this hotel and the surrounding area! The only reason i gave it a 4 star is because,when i checked in to my room there was food residue on the microwave and the cabinet handle had something sticky on it, so i had to clean it.

Very clean, friendly staff, walking distance to restaurants and bars. Very small bathroom, vanity is too small no place to put toiletries and makeup bag. Other than that all was great.

Beds comfortable and location is the best for enjoying the city as you can walk everywhere from the hotel. Staff well trained and friendly

I didn’t like that the bed was worn and not firm. I did not sleep because of that and they put me in the same wing as young hockey players. They were loud, running the halls and there were security guards posted on our floor to keep them under control. Constant yelling, slamming doors and running the halls. On the morning the hockey players checked out, I left my room for the day returning for supper. My room was not made up yet but I was so frustrated with the experience so far that I didn’t even bother to notify the front desk. Within 15 minutes of returning to my room, I was laying in bed with my partner and all of a sudden the door opened and it was the cleaner to do the room. She apologized for entering and said she thought I already checked out. This didn’t impress me either. She gave me towels and toiletries needed. For my four nights there, I gave the hotel a 2/5 star rating.

We have stayed at this hotel many times when we visit family and we are usually happy with our stay. This time it was awful. There were hockey teams staying on the same floor. To say that it was loud and rowdy is an understatement. From 8am to 12pm there was constant banging of doors, children running and screaming in the hallways and parents partying in the hallways. This went on from Thursday to Saturday when we left. The hotel has security guards but they did nothing about this behaviour. I politely asked the parents to tone it down and was ignored. The hotel staff was useless.

The best thing about this hotel was the restaurants. We went to the pub the first night and the seafood/steak restaurant the next morning for breakfast. Both were very good. We had to go to the pub to fill our ice bucket, which was awkward. And when asked for more coffee for the room we were told they only had decaf and to find a cleaning person and ask them. Nobody went out of their way to assist us. The beds and pillows were lumpy. The hotel was a great location but other than that it was just ok.
