We really enjoyed our stay at Black F House. Great amenities, comfortable room and easy check in and check out. I think we even got a free room upgrade! The extra space was greatly appreciated and we were very grateful. We would happily stay again. My only comments are on the kitchen. It lacks an extractor fan over the stove, yet a sign says the fire alarm is very sensitive. We did not have an incident, but it did concern us when we were cooking, especially as the fire alarm is closer to the kitchen than the windows are. I think it's a bit harsh to warn guests that they pay for the consequences of the alarm going off when the infrastructure is not provided. I think for people hoping for a lot of home cooking when staying, just bear this in mind. If you're not cooking, then all is perfect! Also the fridge was very loud! If we had the smaller apartment where the fridge is in the same space as the bed, this could have been very problematic. But since we had a door to close between us, it was very OK.

Toilettenspühlung macht Toilettendeckel nass, Nachbarn war zuhören, Geräusche vom Fitnessstudio hörbar. Zimmer insgesamt sehr staubig, Tassen hatten Kaffeeränder, Geschirr schmutzig.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Schwarzwald und mit dem Studio im Black F den perfekten Ausgangspunkt. Kleines Minus: Das Bett könnte größer sein und auf dem Balkon hat es etwas von oben getropft.

BlackF bietet sehr gut ausgestattet Service Apartments. Die Aprtments sind dabei auch stylisch und gemütlich mit Küchenzeile, Sitzgelegenheiten etc. Sehr cool sind die Möglichkeiten vor Ort in den Waschräumen Wäsche waschen und auch trocknen zu können. Sowohl der Tower als auch das BlackF House liegen ruhig, doch per Straßenbahn ist man in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt. Die Bahn fährt auch direkt vor der Hoteltür ab. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die coole Dachterrasse im Tower mit Blick über Freiburg und den Schwarzwald. Kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vor der Hoteltür aber es ist auch eine kostenpflichtige Parkgarage vorhanden (E-Ladesäulen gibt es dort auch). Fahrräder können auch vor Ort geliehen werden.

Après un quiproquo vite résolu( nous vous en remercions), nous avons apprécié nôtre séjour dans la suite XL. L'appartement est très confortable, agréable à vivre, et bien agencé. Son emplacement dans ce nouveau quartier vivant et sécurisé en fait un point de départ idéale pour visiter la très belle ville de Fribourg. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!!!

Away from the city hub, but street car stop is just 2 minutes walking from hotel. Then you can transfer to anywhere in town. The only thing we are not used to is the very limited reception desk help/service. Short hours during weekdays, and none on the the weekends. You have to plan ahead with your arrival.

-Bett steht mit zwei Seite an der Wand, an der dritten Seite ein riesen Gitter!? -der eine muss über den anderen steigen um ins Bett zu kommen -riesen Gitter am Fussende des Bettes, verhindert das einsteigen ins Bett! -eine viel zu weiche Matratze, wenn man zu zweit darauf liegt und nicht gleich viel wiegt, rollt der leichtere zur Mitte -Mülltonnen im Kellergeschoss waren nicht zu finden!! -ich habe 3 Nächte schief gelegen! -Pflanzenbewässerung tropfte von oben -ich buche das Appartment nicht wieder +alles sehr sauber, neu und gepflegt +schöner Balkon & schöne Stühle +schöne Aussicht +gut schallisoliert +Rollos +Küchenausstattung hochwertig +Nesspresso Maschine und 4 Kapseln inkl. +neues Bad +schöne grosse Dusche +viele Ablagen im Bad +diverse Restaurants in direkter Nähe
