設施：有電梯，早餐，離Tram 站很近
衞生：還可以
環境：還可以，就是廁所有個女的裝飾照有點嚇人
服務：服務態度良好
總的來説挺值得一住，旁邊有Kaufland和Tram站，吃飯也方便

這一定是21天歐洲行中體驗最差的一家酒店
停車🅿️：我們是晚上10點到的酒店，酒店前台是一位華裔臉***（中短髮），沒跟我們説酒店停車位，直接跟我們指了兩條馬路説晚上可以免費停車，我們大概開車轉了30分鐘沒有任何車位，回去問她酒店附近付費停車的地方，她説不知道；很好奇她在酒店做了多久了？居然不知道晚上路邊怎麼可能還有空着的免費停車位…很無語，衹能自己再去找了一個地方，大約距離酒店步行15分鐘左右，體驗很差（回來第二天白天我們發現酒店斜對面有家很大的高層停車場，估計十有八九也能付費停）
服務：服務也是亮點，看攜程寫着酒店介紹是提供24小時服務+五國語言（畢竟是家4星酒店，我們回去後已經11:30pm，停車一共花了1.5小時，此時***快下班了）前台還來了一位黑人小哥哥，小哥哥基本衹能聽懂5%的英語吧，我説我們定的是雙人床房，需要2個床分開（歐洲房間基本都是兩張床合在一起，但其實很好分開的那種），旁邊***説因為我們到太晚，也沒有事先要求過，所以housekeeping已經沒有人可以做了…那請問怎麼辦呢？我們衹能自己把床分開，另外一張床上衹有個床墊，連床單都沒有，然後去問黑人小哥要，小哥服務態度還可以的，雖然英語聽不懂，但願意跟你回房間去看看，看了後他知道我們缺床單就給我們拿來了，但不負責其他的鋪床等任何服務
隨後問他要一次性拖鞋、牙具等，所有的都沒有，所以大家過去全部要自帶哦
總結一句話：什麼服務都沒有，千萬不要定，地理位置也沒啥優勢
