Peek'n Peak Resort, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The room was beautiful. We had a view of the woods which we loved. It was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Front desk was very accommodating and they have a nice little shop with snacks and things for late night needs. The pool was unbelievably warm and amazing, the hot tub was perfect as well.

We are a retired couple in our seventies. We had to climb stairs to enter the hotel. The doors did not open automatically and there wasn’t any staff to open them for you. We had three bags and a hanging clothes bag. There were no carts because the hotel has no elevators. We then had to climb several stairs and go through another door that was hard to open. Then through another door and up another set of staircases that had a smell that was so horrible you had to hold your breath or nose. We finally got to our room only to discover there was a narrow staircase that led to the beds. The bathrooms were on the first level. My husband has a bad knee so you can imagine how frustrated we were. We told management we were very unhappy. But nothing was done. The next morning we did have an opportunity to move to the first floor but we were only there for one more night and didn’t want to deal with our luggage and all those stairs. No complaints on the bedding. The restaurants were severely understaffed which created long waits. The hotel needs updating, especially the bathrooms which are small, and in places damaged. Only one person can be in the bathroom at a time. I’m hoping that before they add anymore outdoor activities, they renovate the entire hotel. It was very disappointing and I would not return.

This is a great place for getting away from it all and to the country. You definitely need a vehicle if you stay at this resort. Lake Erie is about a 1/2 hour away, and Niagra Falls 1 1/2 hours away. The units themselves are large, but on the dirty side. There are some good restaurants in the area, and we ate at a couple of them. Everything is spread out so be prepared to drive for supplies.

Disabled no map had to climb 5 flights of stairs then they tell us there is parking up here and then I asked if there was shuttle back down they said no so I had to walk back down lucky I didn’t go to the hospital

The Peak has large guest rooms, friendly staff, and a very nice pool. It’s quiet, and in a beautiful region. We needed more directional signage - it is a bit of a maze!

Extremly noisy in rooms! Poor soundproofing.

Noisy and no privacy. The connecting rooms have a gap under the door for ppl to look under. The staff is not helpful at all.

A 1 week get away to enjoy some quiet time in the mountains. The area surrounding Peek n Peek was very picturesque. A short trip to Findley lake, shopping in their boutique stores and a 30 minute ride to Erie Pa. makes this a nice destination. I would like to check out this location when the weather is warmer as I went in March. We had a 65 degree day and spent it exploring Presque Isle in Pennslyvania. The condo we stayed in was very clean, spacious and the view was picturesque. During this time of year the amenities are from a Thurs.-Sun. A nice getaway for my honey and me.

Disappointed to find out I had to pay extra fees after I checked in but overall everything was great
