Rooms are dirty, and night receptionist is very rude he charge me double for the booking, i already paid online but he again ask me to pay at the hotel. Better to replace the night staff or train him toh good behave with the customer.

I had booked and paid for a room at the hotel through Trip. When I arrived at reception, I was kindly invited to leave, telling me that the hotel was full. It’s a real scandal knowing that the amount of the song had been taken from my account.

Bon accueil. L’hôtel est bien entretenu mais très mal fréquenté ! Ce n’est pas insonorisé, que ce soit les fenêtres ou les murs entre les chambres ou le couloirs, l’impression d’avoir passer la nuit avec mes voisins qui étaient complètement alcoolisés et qui se sont disputés toute la nuit. Ils fumaient à leur fenêtre, ça a finit par sentir la cigarette dans ma chambre. J’ai quasiment fais une nuit blanche, j’ai essayé d’appeler la réception car c’est indiqué ouvert 24/24 personne ne m’a répondu, je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité…
