Frederick Port is very large and there are many hotel options. We have to go to the Boness Lake because of the previous itinerary. I can't figure out the location and choose it blindly, so it is about 1.7 kilometers away from the lively main street. There is a direct bus. The location of this hotel is not biased, the surrounding is a hotel, it is relatively large, and the service facilities are OK.
The breakfast style is very simple, 20 euros is not recommended, it is better to go out and drink coffee. Overall, the room comfort is good, the hotel location varies from person to person, the guests are foreigners.

Booked their newer room which is located at a separate building just behind the check in building. Room feels more like 30 square meters. Very comfortable bed. Do note that shower area has no door. Potty is located in a separate toilet just next to the main door (see photos). Love their buffet spread too!

first, we loved our visit to Meersburg—a fun place after 2 plus weeks of visiting historic locations. The hotel excelled in all areas. It is a great location overlooking the lake and on the promenade. We had a corner room with gorgeous views. When we closed the windows, it was perfectly quiet. The hotel looks as though it has been recently remodeled, as everything in the room was sleek, spotless, and comfortable. Appreciated the elevator. We also appreciated the two arm chairs and bench and tons of shelving, outlets for charging devices, nice bath amenities. Fast WiFi. Above average breakfast beautifully plated. Mark (or was his name Max?) at check in and the young man from Romania at breakfast were super helpful. Parking easy for check in. Then we parked a short walk away in a safe ramp. Highly recommend this hotel. In our top 3 for sure.

My colleague and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights for work. The hotel is located in a very tranquil area, in a city where (according to our consultant) everyone knows everyone; and they can spot tourists/ outsiders easily. The hotel and the city is not easy to travel to by public transport, and thus we had to rent a car, landing from Munich. The road was very scenic - we even took a longer route to see all the castles. Hotel seems like a place where the Germans around the area go for relaxation, spa and a nice swim in the lake. The rooms are very very spacious, I had a room facing a big field. The room does not have air conditioner, and the standing shower is not well designed where it seems that water leaks out and goes out to the whole floor. To manage the summer heat, I had to open the windows and the door to the balcony. The balcony, was a very nice touch. The hotel has its own private lake-beach, however its not in the hotel compounds. We had to walk 15 mins to the lake-beach. However the lake-beach was very private and had beach chairs, umbrellas and even a ground for the kids to play around. What impressed me the most was the breakfast, the variety of juices, breads, meats, cold cuts, cakes, pastries, jams, eggs were huge and impressive! The second most impressive was the gym - it was like going to a city gym. Every equipment thinkable were there! I recommend this hotel fully for leisure.

PPhilippeC807The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable near the lake of Constance. Breakfast is cool but reasonable, at least enough to get a traveler ready to escape. The restaurant is excellent, with a terrace under the trees very pleasant. The kitchen is quite classic with some specialities, including from grandmother's kitchen. The rooms with a nice view of the road, which is close to the road, can feel a disturbance to the noise of the open window.

Eine schöne alte Villa mit ausgesprochenem Charme. Innen hängen über alle Stockwerke moderne Popart Bilder. Das Zimmer im 3. Stock, selbstverständlich ohne Aufzug, schön renoviert und ausgestattet mit dem Nötigsten. Die Dusche ist in einer Zimmerecke, die Toilette außerhalb nebenan Wen das nicht stört kann wunderbar fast mitten in der Stadt preisgünstig und auch ruhig schlafen. Der Service ist unverkrampft und locker. Inclusive natürlich auch das Frühstücksbüffet mit den klassischen Angeboten. Einfach aber empfehlenswert

LLiz COrdinarily, I might pull my punches in a review in light of the fact that there are real people who work hard and put their time and effort into making hotels what they are. Thanks to reception-tron - the ATM which completed our check-in - I did not meet a single human being on the hotel staff, and therefore feel I can be brutally honest. The hotel building has an unassociated ****** on the ground floor, while the hotel itself occupies the second and third floors. Should you ever forget this detail, the secondhand smoke and cacophony of gamblers will swiftly remind you. If anyone in your party is prone to epileptic fits, I'd recommend avoiding the second floor, as the flickering fluorescent lights would be an easy trigger. We did not have high expectations for the room and amenities - given that this is a budget hotel - but we were still underwhelmed. The white tile of the bathroom walls had several visibile vestigial hairs from previous guests. The black plastic of the bathroom floor, shower and toilet almost fortunately concealed whatever else might be lurking. of course, the Poco furniture was cheap. In this case, it was particularly noticeable given that the proprietor hadn't measured the appropriate space for bed side tables or desks, and that as a consequence, drawers directly abutted walls. While not a significant quality of life issue, it serves to illustrate the attention to detail taken. But let us not bury the lead. At about 0230, we began to hear an angry wrapping or banging on a door out in the hallway. Due to the lack of soundproofing, we weren't sure at first whether it was our own door, luckily it was not. At first, we decided to be patient...perhaps reception-tron had improperly dispensed a key. However, our aspiring percussionist companion's problems ran farther deeper than a mislaid key. The knocking was violent and incessant over the course of about 45 minutes all told. It ultimately turned out to be a sort of cold war domestic dispute between our door knocker and someone inside the room who refused to let them in. We repeatedly attempted to call the reception, but the line was busy. After those 45 minutes or so, we decided to call the Polizei. For what it's worth, that's the first time I've called 112 in about 4 years of living as an ex-pat in Germany, which should speak to the severity of the incident. Thanks to the aforementioned paperthin walls, the person violently banging and yelling almost immediately ceased after I began describing the situation to the Polizei. When they did arrive and came through the front door, the situatino had been resolved. To our knowledge, the front door is supposed to be open until 0100, after which you can use a code provided to unlock it. We found this concerning, due to the fact the public has unfettered access to the hotel prior to 0100--if the Polizei were able to enter freely or had been able to acquire a code we are unsure of. As an aside, while I was looking for an alternate phon
