Stayed 3-6 June 2024, Double Room Premium Plus Very good hotel within the heart of Friedrichschafen old town areas. Walking distance to everything - ferry terminal, railway station, Zeppelin Museum, waterfront, shops. Room was very good, large and comfortable, well laid out. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. free 24/7 coffee, tea and water in the reception is a great feature with nice relax area and also outside tables on street front. The included Bondensee card received when checking in offers fee travel - so include Lindau and Dornier museum in your trip (Dornier Museum has a great cafe and food and can view the Zeppelin taking off and landing). Take bus rather than train since it stops right out front. Easy to spend 3-5 days here, lots of good eating options and great places to visit nearby using the Bondensee card. Good hotel baggage storage so easy to get here morning.

Wir hatten ein Budget Zimmer, also eins der günstigeren Zimmer das pro Nacht inkl. Frühstück trotzdem 180,00€ gekostet hat. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und das Bett extrem hart. Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der sehr zentrale Lage gewählt. Im Nachgang würde ich es leider nicht nochmal buchen, aufgrund des extrem harten Bettes

Wir waren schon öfter in diesem Hotel und waren auch diesmal wieder sehr begeistert. Wir haben sogar ein Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen und das war ein wunderbares Zimmer! Hier fehlte es an nichts, es war groß und geräumig, und es gab sogar Bluetooth – Lautsprecher. Der Frühstücksraum könnte etwas größer sein, hier staut es sich auch manchmal. Aber das Personal ist sehr freundlich, sehr schnell und engagiert. Ganz fix ist auch ein Tisch wieder freigeräumt. Auch die Damen an der Rezeption sind wahnsinnig freundlich. Und natürlich auch die Damen und Herren an Bar! Man fühlt sich hier rundrum wohl und die Nähe zum Bodensee macht das Hotel zu einem idealen Ausflugsziel! Das Hotel ist sicherlich nicht billig, aber jeden Euro wert!

Beautiful hotel right in the pedestrian zone just a few steps from the shore of Lake Constance. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and a chic new wellness area. By a stroke of luck we even got a room upgrade - with a lake view. For the kids, the popcorn machine at reception and the free tickets for the swimming pool (with a great slide!) were a hit. The Spitalkeller down the street is recommended for a Swabian dinner. We will be happy to come back, thank you very much!

Quick check-in, nice service all around, clean and nice rooms, varied and tasty breakfast, good cocktails at the bar. Parking a bit cramped but OK. Sauna very pleasant, also in terms of opening times. Didn't try the sauna bar, swimming pool not in use

Everything is just right here. Great location close to the pedestrian zone, lake promenade and good restaurants, all within a few minutes' walk. Private parking at the hotel. Rooms are spacious and very stylishly furnished. Staff are professional and friendly. Stylish bar, rooftop and terraces. Everything is very clean and well maintained.
