We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past however our recent visit to see our granddaughter graduate was marred by bullying and accusations of theft. The hotel requested we move our room on our second day of our stay. Being my sister is disabled and alone in the room she advised the staff she could not ”move the room” There was no reason given for moving our room however my sister agreed if the staff moved all of our belongings..later that night we found our roomkey was disabled. I called downstairs to Jean Carlos ( clerk ) at desk. He and security appraoched me whilst I waited. He accused us of ”stealing room glasses, pillowcases and hangers” We were still guests in the hotel. He then held us hostage in the room with his foot against the door demanding to search our room and luggage..being the hotel staff moved our personal belongings there was no way we would steal any of the aforementioned..my elderly disabled sister was now crying and took her clothes off the hangers that was moved by the staff and gave him the hangers leaving her clothes on the floor. For 45 minutes he accused us bullied us and threatens us. Finally I used my phone to video this thug then he started flailing his arms around ”don't video me don't video me” that was the only way we got him out of the room. He then charged my account $850.00 for items he claimed we ”stole” The entire trip was ruined and these two older women will never never visit this classless thug hotel again. We contacted Corporate with our concerns and the only offering was ”removing the non removed items from my bill” Another slap in the face from this thug team. Omni we don't want your hangers your pillowcases nor your room glasses! What a vile staff. We did not sleep at all that night knowing the thug has a master key and could potentially enter the room. We feared for our lives and still shake thinking of this aberrant behavior directed at two elderly women ..My advice? Stay at motel hell as this place is even worse!

When the worst thing you can describe about a hotel stay is the sounds the elevator makes, you know you’ve found a great place to stay. The location, staff, rooms, service were all wonderful. Rooms were fresh and not time worn. Beds were very comfy. Space and organization were ideal. The employees were super friendly and helpful - quite customer-oriented. Breakfast area was well-tended and items replenished often. Pool area nice and supplied with towels. Wide variety of places to eat nearby and access was easy. I would most definitely recommend!

Where do i start, we booked over 40 rooms with the hotel for my sons wedding over the weekend. when we got to the hotel after the reception around 11:30 that evening, the bar was closed and several of the wedding party were sitting down at the bar tables waiting on some pizza that they ordered and haveing a couple drinks, the front desk lady automatically labeled them as trouble makers and called the manager saying that she is going to need backup as they were going to get out of hand and break bottles! (i heard this first hand as i was trying to check in, i was the father of the groom) and then she proceeded to call the cops saying that they were unrully and out of hand. I talked to the cops and they said that from what they were told, they were ready to have a major confrontiation and 7 cops show up! This is the worst experience i have had staying at a hotel (and i travel for a living)! This experience has ruined what was a gret night celebrating my sons wedding! I would not recomend this hotel if you are traveling with a group!

The hotel is clean very new and fresh looking, and the valet staff is very professional. I will definitely come again. The hotel provided me with lavender incense upon check-in, and the valet staff is very prompt and quick in handling your car. This is perhaps one of the best AC hotels I have stayed at.

Nice looking and functional hotel.
I think this hotel could exceed expectations if a few things were added/changed. 1. The a/c throughout the hotel and in the rooms/bathrooms should be lowered tremendously. Especially in the warmer times of the year. 2. The parking garage should have some attachment to the hotel or at least make self parking free for guests. 3. It would be nice if the hotel had a pool for kids or guests to utilize. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel with a nice bar/lobby

Travelling to the Frisco area for a couple of nights and was looking for a dog friendly hotel. I found quite a few, however, most charged around $75 extra. The Aloft did not charge for a single dog (they do have a small fee for a second dog). In addition, no charge for parking either. The rooms were reasonability priced. The location is great, right across from Central Park and lots of restaurants and shops close by. Probably the biggest negative was lack of storage space in the room There were no drawers in the room and the closet was very narrow. But for the price and the pet policy it was just what we were looking for. Added bonus. After a Rough Riders baseball game we were able to enjoy the fireworks show from our room.

Outstanding
KkathleenazkoulI am grateful for Gabby who works at the front desk, here for medical reasons. She showed me some rooms at the end of February first part of March when I was in Texas needed a room in near future with a feel at home kitchen area. Gabby with her caring, professionalism, knowledge and smile I knew this was the place for us. We are here for a few weeks in April and May and are truly grateful for Gabby and the entire staff for this home like hotel room it is comfortable, very clean, great location!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn in Frisco. This is a nice location. It is quiet and easy access to any needed venue. Employees are friendly and engaging. Gloria, in the breakfast room does an exceptional job keeping the breakfast area clean and well stocked. Plus, she greets you each morning with a smile. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. I would stay here again.
GGuest UserDuring the stay in Coivd, I went to ayass for testing. The hotel has disinfection certification and all aspects of cleanliness are very good. Take a taxi to the test site for 8 dollars and 9 minutes, from the airport to the airport for about 70 dollars, to the airport for about 40 dollars, the journey takes half an hour to 40 minutes. Parking is free. If breakfast is not included, it is 12.95➕tax. There is a Sam moon center next to an adult who buys a lot and eats a lot. If you like Korean food, Breaker Korean can recommend .
DDanashHotel was well located to visit our client but a mixed bag in terms of experience. On checking in the receptionist was disinterested and made no reference to Marriott status and the room key wouldn't open the (very basic) executive lounge. I don't know when room make up become optional and clicked on the button when online checking in that I wanted service every day. First day I had to commandeer the housekeeper and the second day I had to call down to get the room serviced. This was inconvenient as I was preparing for a client visit and had no clean towels. There was no issue with Housekeeping banging on my door at 8am on the day I was leaving - when I had in fact arranged a 4pm checkout. We were a group of 7 and spent a considerable sum but these small things really let the place down. As it stands today 7 days later no Marriott points have credited so maybe they don't like Marriot members. Will use the Courtyard at Legacy next time.
Soft comfy bed, clean room, well-stocked bathroom. Good customer service. Breakfast was good as well. Only ding was that housekeeping didn’t replenish the coffee supplies fully. Lobby area was clean and inviting, and liked that there were snacks and drinks to be purchased for convenience.
889safari589316The maintenance staff are amazing and friendly. The front desk person was rude and had a smart comment. The first room I was given the bathroom smelled like urine. I went back downstairs and asked her for another room. She seemed frustrated but assigned me another room. Didn’t tell me where the room was located until I got ready to get on the elevator. I arrived at the second room. It was small, smelly carpet and the room was right by three chairs in which if someone sat there they could look in the room. I was very uncomfortable with the room. I then went to the front desk again, apologized and asked if she had another room available. She huffed and with a frustrating tone said “what is wrong with this room I told her I wasn’t comfortable with it and wanted just to get some rest. She then asked have you used the room. I asked her for clarification on her question and at that point she nastily stated “I need to know if you’ve used the room so I can have it cleaned. I replied “Yes, I washed my hands. I then stated to her “you don’t have to be nasty. I don’t have a nasty tone with you. She then replied “I will give you this last room but if you don’t like this one I will give you a refund and you can go to another hotel.” The third room was much better than the first two I thanked her and informed her the room was great because I didn’t have to be as discourteous in my behavior as she has been to me. It’s not only what you say but how you say it. If it weren’t for the fact that someone else had funded this I would have asked for a refund at that point and walked out. Never in all of my years of staying in hotels have I experienced such rudeness. I will NOT be returning to this hotel.
The staff is amazing, if I needed anything at all they were available to help me out. I had their breakfast and I was very pleased. I did not get to use the pool because I didn’t have a chance but I saw many people that looked like they were enjoying themselves. I talked with a few people on the elevator and all were very friendly. Beds were very comfortable and fluffy pillows. Room was very clean a bathroom. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting by yourself or family. Lots of places to go see and do very close as well.
I have never had a poorer experience in the hospitality industry. I have left maybe 3 bad reviews in my life and in general, do not rock the boat, but this stay cannot go unreviewed. I have stayed at Motel 6’s which are 5-star compared to this place. Firstly, it took forever to check-in. Second, when we entered our room the free-standing dresser was leaning to the side. We asked the front desk person if there was anything maintenance or anyone could do about it. He came and checked on it and when he moved it, it broke he did not bat an eye and told us when we asked about the possibility to change rooms, he said first of all, ”NO,” and we should stay here because quote, “We were lucky because there are some people in the building who have no AC.”! We were flabbergasted but we tried to stay positive and just asked if the maintenance crew could come later and just accepted it. He said they would not come until tomorrow as it was their day off, but he did not know if they would make it to us due to the backlog of issues. We were still peeved but we just shrugged it off. Then we noticed one of the beds was broken and sagged in the middle. Again, we just moved on. Then one person in our party wanted coffee in the morning. The coffee maker did not work and spilled hot, coffee ”flavored” water everywhere except the cup. We had to use all but 2 hand towels to mop it up. They almost refused to give us more towels even though we told them what happened. We had 4 women in the room, we needed more towels even if that fiasco did not happen. After asking and pleading, they gave us 2 body and 2 hand towels. We got ready for the day, took some breaths, and looked forward to going out and coming back to perhaps at least a few new towels and our old, drenched towels taken away, which we left in an area of the bathroom accessible to the cleaning staff but not were it would make the whole floor slippery and endanger the cleaning staff. I am not trying to pat ourselves on the back, I am just trying to emphasize that we do not as individuals ever blame desk or floor workers unnecessarily that are trying to do their job especially when they are not being rude. This is clearly a management and owner issue but I will mention some workers were just stone-faced and very annoyed that guests were asking for help and requesting towels. Apparently, we were not the only hotel guests having issues. That being said, we came back from a long day to damp towels still there, a broken dresser, and no sign any staff had been there at all. On top of all these issues the shower drain was broken, the handicap-accessible ramps were very unsafe (lots of cracks and uneven sidewalks as well as not a well-lit parking lot). I mention this because they also were unable to give us a handicap-accessible room and one of our members has a broken leg even though we asked ahead of time. At one point we considered asking for a refund and going to another hotel, but our stay was non -refundable, which w
